Have stayed at this Hotel on three separate trips now,I come back because the Staff are friendly, rooms are large and modern and very clean, good size balconies, overall very good facilities, free coffee and snacks all day in foyer, good coffee shop and nice atmospheric restaurant downstairs.ATM at front of hotel, plenty of parking.I highly recommend this hotel, the only minus is they do not have an elevator (4 floors)... so if you are not fit ask for a lower floor room, also a little out of town... so you will need transport.

          Good place fro short visit”

          Clean, Nice staff and new

The hotel is quite difficult to access because it is not located on the main road. It is quite new and very clean. It's quiet and pleasant place as surrounded by rural village. However, it is not far from city center (approx. 5 Km.). Rooms are big and comfortable. There is no elevator at this hotel so you should get fit if you stay on the third floor.

Low price, big room, friendly staff

This turned out to be a great little hotel -- a great value! The room and bathroom were both very big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt like it was a family operation, and that they really cared about their guests. Unfortunately there is no breakfast available, but there is a coffee shop next door that is pretty good. The location is on the northern edge of town, but if you have a car, it's no problem. (Khorat is not a big town!)

          Clean, modern with big room

The hotel is a little way out of town so it helps to have a car. But the hotel itself is modern with very clean large rooms, including a flat screen TV and good free wi-fi. It is very good value for anyone visiting Korat. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only down side is no lift so you have to walk upstairs. I would certainly recommend it.

Impressive Well-Run Mid Range Hotel, Well Located For Car Drivers”

Owners have put much thought into the design and operation of this hotel. Big comfortable airy room and bathroom with useful/pleasant balcony. Lots of little design touches and plenty of cupboard space. Thoughtful additions that mark it out as mid range rather than budget - free coffee/tea/herbal sweet-water/biscuits (downstairs and 24/7), laptop size room safe, hairdryer. The restaurant has an unusually nice ambience in its class and serves a good range of all the Thai standards. Dish prices are typically say 100 baht but the portions are large, so share stuff. Everything tastes good to a Thai and a foreigner. The hotel is only 3 years old and still maintained to a high and clean standard. I had a disagreement with reception at the start when they proposed to split my family over 2 floors, but they were fine when we got that sorted and the cleaning staff were all outstandingly friendly. Well done to all! Located outside the centre of Korat but well-placed if you have a car - see tips for traversing Korat's notorious traffic jams below. There is easy access to many parts of town including the 2 (soon to be 3) shopping malls, universities, an interesting night market and the centre generally. I recommend U-Sabia Park highly for Thais and expats. I agree with others that non-Asian tourists would find the beds uncomfortably hard - they are not boards but only one step up and as an experienced expat myself I found it hard to get a good nights sleep for the first 2 of our 4 nights. Pity because in other respects this would be a great stop for foreign holidaymakers. At least one of the evening receptionists speaks English and there is some limited English language programming on the good quality flat screen TVs (Aljazeera News is always welcome and some German, French, Chinese, Japanese and Korean programming. Tips: Use GPS or Google Maps to discover the back roads heading west from the hotel to connect with Highway 2 (the extension of Mittraphap Road that leads nort

A Great Place To Stay In Nakhon Ratchisima.”

We are expats residing in Thailand for the past 5 years. We were on a family holiday and decided to stay in Nakhon Ratchasima for a night at U-Sabai Resort. We enjoyed the city & U-Sabai so much much we ended staying for 3 nights. The hotel is located a few Km's out of town but we had our car so that was no problem. The U-Sabai hotel is new & clean! The staff were amazing & couldn't do enough to help us. There is a great restaurant downstairs. At the time of our visit, in October 2016, the main shopping precinct was "The Mall" downtown about 8Km's from the U-Sabai. In September 2017 the "Central Plaza" mall will open and it is located only about 2Km's from the U-Sabai Resort. We can highly recommend this hotel!!

I have stayed at U-Sabai Park on many occasions over the past 5 years because it is the best accommodation which is close to where my wife's family live. The rooms are spacious, air-con is efficient and the staff are very polite and helpful. Beds are a bit hard, but that is the way rural Thais like them.

          Staff, Clean, atmosphere

I was in Korat (NR) to meet some folks, and after coming out of Bangkok, I really enjoyed being a little out of the fray. This hotel has almost a country feel, though the drive into the city center is only 5 - 10 minutes or so. If you need a cab into town, call at least 30 minutes ahead though, because taxis aren't whizzing by. Front desk will arrange one on request, of course. Staff was super friendly and helpful. U-Sabai? Yes, me sabai.

          Room size, bathroom and comfort

My arrival at the hotel was disappointing as the check-in desk appeared to be in a TV lounge, but as I saw all the facilities I realised what an excellent hotel this is. The large rooms are new, spotless, beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and a balcony looking out towards greenery and an outstanding bathroom. There is a coffee shop serving cakes and bread and waffles for breakfast. There is no restaurant but in the seating area around the coffee shop there is free tea and coffee using hot water 24 hours a day, and seating around a fish pond under cover and with rustic wooden furniture, and micro-waves available with a selection of frozen foods always available in the adjacent freezer. The negatives may be that there is no restaurant , that there are no easy transport facilities (taxis easy to get) no restaurants within walking distance but there is a Family Mart less than 100m away. I arrived by car so transport was not a problem and I bought croissants and micro-waved them for breakfast. Not having bacon and eggs for breakfast was not such a big deal.
