PUT ANOTHER 100 BHAT FOR A BETTER HOTEL”
No reception. No security at night. Thay didn't clean my room just putted me towels and water near the door. The Room itself is basic and ok. The location is good. Very much at center near market and modern gym and the lake and everything. Good location but I felt very not safe there no cctv no security the door lock is so easy to brake and also noise from thai teenagers at night as is affordable hotel for the youngers

i've stayed at udoncabana every time when i visit udon thani. nice big room, hard bed though, stayed there in the past on monthly basis. larg rooms, with nice bathroom and hot shower, balcony. flat screen tv with english channels, refrigerator. i asked for a room at the frontside and got what i asked. udoncabana has a large parking at the front. the location is 30 mins to central plaza and ud town, trainstation, i arrived at udon by nighttrain and walked all the way to udon cabana. nice morning exercise... udon cabana is situated at the crossing of the temple and the school. entering a soi (small road) next to a pharmacy. ban huay market is at the left, when exiting udoncabana passing the pharmacy. there is also a seven/eleven at the main road, opposite of the market. nong prajac parc and lake is walking distance from udoncabana. there you have some restaurants also.

Quiet, clean basic condo/hotel”
I've stayed here on previous trips to Udon Thani. Close to Nong Prajac park, Ban Huey market, seven/eleven. It's quite a walk (30 mins) from Central Plaza or UD town near the trainstation,5-10 mins with songthaew (pick-up truck public transport) which costs 10 baht. Will stay there again on my future visits to Udon Thani.

Quiet hotel near market and great park”
Udoncabana is where I always stay when I am in Udon Thani. I like the fact that the hotel is away from the nightlife and quiet. Nice market next door for food needs. Nangprajak Park less than a 10 minute walk away. If I had to say something negative I would say the beds are kind of hard and the staff cannot speak english. When i go back to Udon I will stay here again.

Clean and convenient”
Udon Cabana is quiet, clean efficient and convenient. Centrally located in Udon Thani near a market area and some small shops. Convenient for one night stay between Airport/train station and either Laos or Bangkok. We stay there regulalry and we find it easy, convenient and clean! Thai beds are hard and excellent for your back!

I came off the bus early in the morning so I had to wait to check in but the hotel staff graciously let me have the free coffee and toast for guests. They also called me when a room opened up. I appreciate the kindness of the workers at the Udoncabana and the price is incredibly inexpensive for the room.

Udoncabana is close to a busy market for great Thai food, the service in the hotel is very low key, the rooms are clean and neat and the price is right for the economy traveller.

At last I've found it.”
Not easy to find. For future travellers if you are in a car - drive from Nong Prajak along Phon Phisai road until you get to the no entry sign at the market. Look to your left and you will see a small soi and the hotel sign is above this. Problem is when you drive along Phon Phisai you get to the market have to turn right and the sign is behind you so you are lucky to see it. It is a shame that they can't put up another sign so that you can see something from both sides. I know Udon Thani reasonably well but it took me quite some time to find and that is partly because the roads are slow and busy near there. Having arrived check in good. Little English at reception if that causes you a problem but they are helpful. Room was basic but clean. Complementary breakfast for overnighters not up to much. I had a reason to stay in this location but if you haven't I would say other hotels offer more at this price and are easier to find. I won't go again without very good reason.

we stay at udon cabana quite regularly and we love it. simple, quiet, clean,convenient, large rooms excellent wifi, large parking and staff is honest. i had forgotten my phone and returned the next day. the staff had called to say phone was left behind and they kept it for us. these things dint happen so much anymore these days. we recommend it for short visits.

good location Accom in Udon”
Udoncabana is a quite place enen it is in the middle of the city center. Rooms are of good size I missed the safe in the room or at least at the reception but this could not be provided. The young men at the reception are of no help as they can`t communicate in english. Its a place for long stay less than a hotel. Internet connection is slow, skype could not work proper.

Good Location Hotel in Udon”
i like to stay here because the rooms are of good size and clean and the hotel is just in the middle of the city but in a quite soi. internet could be faster its not enough speed to provide a good skype connection and you need a lot of time to explain yourself to the boys on the front desk as their english is as bad as my thai.but one thing i really miss and this is the safe or atr least the possibility to lock things at the front desk which is not available. overall a good stay in udon
