Comfortable room, if a little ''worn''. Excellent bath and shower, cosy bed, free parking and useful room facilities such as the tea and coffee which we appreciated after a long drive. Would happily rebook.

Upon arrival I informed the frontdesk agent that my collegue will be sharing my room since we had a double room. I informed her that he will be arrivin arround 01.00am and I reconfirmed the name. I specifically asked her to write down his name and to give him another key since I will be sleeping. At 01.00 am I receive a call from my collegue that the frontdesk agent will not allow him to go to the room and that I will have to come to the frontdesk. I never ever experienced such a terrible service. The agent could have called me in the room but did not even do that. When I got to the frontdesk he informed me that it was for security purposes. Nonsence. Iwill never ever make use of this hotel. Even in the morning at checkout another qgent tells me that I am not allowed to receive guests. I asked her, if she verified that the room was booked for 2. And then she realized that she did not and blames her collegue for the mistake and asked me to forget the incidence. Well no, it was clearly a form of prejudging. Never again. A huge 0 for the personel and service

Most friendly hotel staff in Holland ”
Thank you so much! You all know how to run a hotell because you are humble, polite, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is old and the rooms need an upgrade, especially the beds. But this is the best Camapanile hotel I have been to. I want to come back. And dogs are also very welcome here :-)

Close to freeway but quiet. Older building but has been renovated. Rooms quite comfortable and discounts offered online.
