Simply the best!”
Every feature of this resort is amazing! We enjoy the beach, pool, breakfast, spacious room, comfy beds and complimentary foods. But the best part is the staff, especially the medical staff of this resort. During our vacation, my wife accidentally fell from the stairs on the beach. It was a careless accident on her part, but she suffered a dislocated elbow during that time. I was in great shock back then , but the medical staff of costa responded quickly, they provided the first aid and arranged the ambulance so she can be brought to the nearest hospital. They supported us all the way and never leave our side just to make sure that my wife is treated with absolute care. My deepest gratitude to nurse Mary Rose, Sir Zaldy ( van driver ) and the head of the costa medical team( sorry sir, I forgot your name. ) who even made some arrangement in the LGU of Baler so we can use the ambulance to bring her from Baler to Cabanatuan. I salute you all for all the kindness and support!

Exceptional service and Honest staff”
What you see is what you get in this hotel. Its the biggest hotel in Baler and we had an awesome stay. They’re very quick to response on my request like I needed a cake and a pump for balloons to surprise my friend for her birthday and in 2 minutes they delivered it to our room. The best part was, I left my phone on the pool area for maybe 12:30pm and only found out that I don’t have it when we are checking out and that is 2pm already. Went back to the pool and can’t see my phone there,so I asked the Ligeguard incharge. He go with me to the lobby and told them I’m missing my phone and thank God, somebody surrendered it at the lobby. Thank you so much for your great service! I will definitely comeback again to this hotel. I love their One bedroom suite. Its sooooo spacious! 🥰

The resort is cozy and clean. ALL the staffs are courteous, they made sure that our stay was comfortable for us. Our kids love the pool and the surfing lesson. The instructors were very patient and friendly. Food is superb. We’ll make sure to come back here soon.

Might be a bit pricey compare to other resorts but it's all worth it. The service were very good and accommodating to our every requests. Easy accessible to restaurants and other landmarks in Baler. Clean, the food was good and we recommend to try their Baler's Best smoothie.

Fun and worth the money you spent.. friendly at attentive staff.. love the place great ocean view rooms.. the only problem that we have encountered is the aircon.. one of the aircon in the living room/kitchen room area broke down.. but still we didnt change room because we love the view of the ocean view room we got.. (the staff wanted us to transfer to a new room with a garden view because they dont have any vacant ocean view rooms available but opted not to leave our room even with a broken AC).. overall we will return to this place..

Couple Vacation”
Wonderful location; huge and very nice pool; plated breakfast that was more than satisfying and tasted good;Very accommodating staff - they let us check in earlier since the hotel was not fully booked;room was a lot bigger than expected - the hot shower was just too hot. I couldn’t adjust it.. It was one of our most relaxing weekend vacations so far.. we’re riders . Important for us to have a very comfy hotel to stay in after a long ride. Thanks Costa!

Best Hotel in Baler”
A very beautiful hotel in Baler with well-maintained facilities. Massive rooms and super comfortable bed (can't stress this enough - it's really comfy) with an excellent view of the beach. The buffet breakfast was superb and I think staying at this hotel gives you access to another hotel's pool (probably Aliya). Highly recommended.

Courtious, Comfortable, Scenic”
Truly was the perfect getaway destination and will be returning often. One down side was occupants above us were constantly dragging furniture across the floor, creating a sound similar to nails on a chalk board. Took 2 phone calls to front desk to finally fix this at 2 am. Resort should consider attaching noise suppressing product on bottom of chair legs (Felt, Cloth, Teflon...) Had a 5 hour drive and was not well rested the next day, unsafe, please fix.
