He made every effort to ensure a smooth and successful check-in process when the day finally arrived. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by Nur Salwa at the Front Desk. I then requested to stay in the same room I had fallen in love with two years ago, although I had forgotten the room number. To my amazement and absolute delight, Chris from the Front Desk went to great lengths to trace my previous stay through the system. Through his unwavering dedication, he successfully identified the room number—Room 1113—and made my wish come true. I was deeply touched and thoroughly impressed by Chris’s exceptional commitment to providing service beyond expectations. My luggage was later delivered to Room 1113 by Luqman, who was remarkably courteous and friendly. The room itself was breathtaking, offering a stunning view of a beautiful garden framed by the iconic Merry-Go-Round and the viral water slide. Each night, I fell asleep to this picturesque backdrop, feeling like a princess pampered in the embrace of a serene and luxurious atmosphere. At the same time, A hotel full of delightful surprises, complete with a seamless chat feature that makes every guest feel truly valued—treated like royalty every step of the way! Every single day without fail, I enjoyed exquisite room service and delectable buffet meals from Makan Kitchen, where I was graciously attended to by Naim, Amirul, Syahrul Riezman, Azam, Hafizul, Adam, and Elaine. I would like to particularly commend Fakhrul from the Makan Kitchen team for his genuine effort in securing the best possible table for me—one that offered a peaceful, scenic, and truly comfortable dining experience. The food was simply divine—flavorful, refined, and more than worth every bite. I must also express my appreciation to Charles, and the highly efficient room-cleaning services rendered by Abu Numan, affectionately referred to as Abu, whose meticulous housekeeping truly reflected the five-star standards of this hotel, making me feel both comfortable and valued. My gratitude also extends to Charles (Concierge), Surya (Security), and the Hotel Careline/Front Desk team—Amirah, Jordan, and Putri—as well as Bajit, who delivered my nightly ice bucket with such consistency and courtesy. I particularly admired the striking yellow lounge chair, which added a touch of vibrancy to the room. Additionally, the automated window blinds exuded a futuristic feel, further enhancing the modern ambiance. ✅ Excellent Value for Money The pricing was reasonable and aligned perfectly with the quality of service and amenities provided. Given that my stay coincided with the holy month of Ramadan, the rate I paid was inclusive of both iftar (breaking of fast) and sahur (pre-dawn meal)—a thoughtful and worthwhile inclusion. ✅ Exquisite Iftar Dining Experience The buffet spread for iftar was truly remarkable, boasting an extensive selection of dishes encompassing Malay, Indian, and Chinese cuisines. The hotel proactively reached out to inquire if I encountered any issues during my stay. Should any assistance be required, I could simply send a WhatsApp message rather than making a phone call to the front desk. This modernized approach to guest service was exceptionally efficient, practical, and convenient. Kudos to the team! ❌ Suggested Area for Improvement While my stay was overwhelmingly positive, I would strongly recommend that the hotel install bidets in the bathrooms. Given that the majority of guests are Malaysians, this small yet crucial feature would significantly enhance comfort and cater to local cultural preferences. Stayed again with the family at the Hotel during our recent visit in June. We were given 2 rooms on the same floor which was convenient for the family. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. Durga and her colleagues were courteous as usual ensuring a quick check in. Our room offered a stunning panoramic view of the water park which is lighted up beautifully past midnight. The hotel is ideal for holiday and business travelers seeking comfort without compromising on location or ambiance. The hotel needs improvement on communications efficiency; at times difficult to get through to the operator as well as messages are not passed/forwarded and I had to personally come down to the reception to speak to the staff.

The staff are welcoming at the front desk. No bell boy assisting you with the luggage after you parked your car so you have to bring all your luggage to the lobby yourself (I compared this with the service I received at DoubleTree Malacca). Welcoming cookies are delicious. Breakfast buffet is amazing. We immediately went to the swimming pool after checked in and our experience is terrible. The staff who guarded the pool (Arkhan) made my sister pissed off because he kept on watching my 6 years old nephew who can swim and had swimming classes like a hawk. And gave stern warning few times to the kid. My nephew literally can swim in the dark, covered shallow water the whole time, even though there is a 0.6m depth open pool at the other end. He did not allow my sister to let his son swim there which is ridiculous. I was getting annoyed as well. The next morning he wasn't there and my nephew can swim freely with no incident happen. The shower of our room also got broken. Only hot shower is available. Up to 40 degrees! Technician even came, and after like half an hour, we have to move room. Not even upgraded. It was my birthday as well so we had to move all the decorations and balloons ourselves. I had to left my half eaten cake there also. My mood got spoiled a bit. It was an inconvenience but the kids were happy so no harm done. We were allowed to checked out late at 1pm. My sister and her kids allowed to play in the game room until 2.30pm since it was weekdays and no other guests are using the room. The kids were excited about it.
