Big hotel with little to offer”

Massive hotel with a nice reception area and good pool area. Room was large and comfortable. Everything else in hotel seemed closed down. Restaurants we looked around for and on these floors it looked close. Expensive for food and drink as expected.

a littel pricey from my point of view, the breakfast amazing, lot of fruites! people working there very willing to help! Stayed there for 3 nights,i wanted everything to pe nice and clean before the 20 hours flight, and it was!!!! good job

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice, the staff are friendly. There is a good buffet. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Had a great stay here. Very clean, great buffet for breakfast (even though pricey), very friendly staff. Great pool, only issue was the amount of young screaming kids by the pool ( I can never understand why parents let their kids scream like maniacs and pretend it's not theirs, lol) anyways it was still great.

Solo traveler's stay away!!!”

I stayed here my last night in Panama after returning from a surf trip. Paid nearly $200 for my room, which I will admit was quite nice. However, when I tried to go to my room with a "friend", the hotel geztapo was all over me like white on rice. Insisted that we go to the front desk. Then they informed me that I would have to pay an additional $ 150 for my friend to join me. This is after having already paid almost $200 for my room! So, if ur a solo traveler that might have a friend join U, stay away from this place. It is a fricking scam!

Great Location, Staff have poor english skills”

Great location. Restaurants are very expensive but the food is great. They don't have menu in English?? Staff at pool, restaurant or anywhere else don't speak English? International 5 star hotel and no MENU IN ENGLISH? Front desk and housekeeping speaks great English but that won't help so much at the bars and restaurants. Pool area is very small and there is not sun beds enough. Also you don't get proper receipt from the pool bar. There is no written down how much they take tips. Stuff is calculating it by them selves and I just need to trust that they did right. Again, 5 star hotel and you don't get real receipts?

Great place and location”

Really great hotel in the heart of Panama City. Great views of the metropolitan city, good restaurants, and pool scene. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the city. Right across the street from the mall and casino. The only issues we ran into was at the spa, front desk, and housekeeping as it was strictly language-related, to no one's fault.

Hard rock hotel in Panama, ”

We were tourists in Panama in our 60's so location was great, room great, pool was nice but not for our age, the loud music was just not for us. The one thing I didn't like at most 4 and 5 star hotels is when you ask for a taxi they direct you to the expensive unmarked drivers and price is 10-15 $ higher, then if you say no they ignore you and refuse to get ordinary taxi. We made it all over panama in regular taxis - no problem.

Gorgeous, fun, lively, perfect”

We came to panama City for New Years and we had a room on the 144th floor. We had a view of the bay and absolutely loved it here! We laid by the pool everyday and ate at the hotel and shopped at the mall (conveniently connected and can walk there without ever leaving the hotel). Live music each night, open bars, so much fun! We will be back!

good breakfast but damp smells and cold showers”

The hotel is a cool design with lots of music memorabilia and a really good breakfast. Unfortunately the corridors smell really damp and you can smell it in the rooms a bit too. There are dehumidifiers dotted around so it is obviously an ongoing problem. The shower in our room was cold and not fixed despite contacting staff.

Not for solo traveler, this hotel security will abouse you when you come with company even you pay for 2 person, they will give yin very hard time. Not cool. Will not come again.

Vierailu sujui hyvin. Osassa ravintoloita ruokalistat vain espanjaksi. Allasosaston henkilökunta täysin kielitaidotonta. Jotkut henkilöt eivät myöskään halunneet palvella. Esim. aurinkopetien siirtäminen. Huonepalvelussa myös puutteita. Pyyhkeitä puuttui kylpyhuoneesta usein. Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen sujui hyvin. Hissejä asiakasmäärään nähden vähän ja muutenkin hissien käytettävys heikko.
