Before our flight we decided to end our long trip with a relaxing spa experience and got much more than we expected. The room was immaculate and very spacious. You walk in and insert a keycard in the slot and music welcomes you with a reel on TV to introduce you to the amenities. Bathroom is equipped with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion but if you need toothbrushes or razors, there’s a slight cost. The mini bar took care of all our thirst quenches (ours was included with the room but you may need to ask). Once we left our room to go explore, we were awed by how big the place was. From the various restaurants, cafes, shops and even a casino that you can walk to without ever leaving the area, we never ran out of things to do during our stay. The Wonder Box was cool to see families with kids having fun but other than the ‘mega mix’ ride and carnival games, there’s not much for adults without children. The Cimer spa right next door was the real treat and our reason for staying there. Thankfully as hotel guests we had access to them during our visit (also need to verify at check-in). It was easy to book a massage as there weren’t many guests at the time and the masseuses were amazing—our tense muscles just melted away. There’s jjimjilbangs of varying intensity from ice rooms to medium heat salt room and amethyst room to flaming hot rooms, which we didn’t even attempt to go in. When we wanted to take a break from the heat, there were countless seats available all around. We rested at lounges that have reclining chairs and a personal TV that play sound directly to your ears without headphones. When we got hungry, there were snack and drink bars as well as a restaurant so we had plenty of options. The Aqua spa also entertained us for a while with water slides that had just the right level of intensity for chicken like me. The shallow pool with a screen to show different scenes to make you feel you’re outdoors was cool but only for a short time. The resolution isn’t great so it’s hard to get absorbed into the illusion. The best part of it all was that our locker keys were used for all purchases so we didn’t have to carry a wallet or phone. At the exit before we left it was easy to use the kiosk to pay for everything. The staff at the entire resort was very helpful about any questions we had. Even though our trip ended, I found myself thinking about Paradise City and Cimer and how everything was seemingly perfect there. If you want good rest after walking for miles in Korea, this may be the best place for you.

Hotel Paradise Incheon truly lives up to its name! The indoor and outdoor pools are stunning, spotless, and great for both relaxation and fun. The Wonderbox was a highlight for our kids – such a unique and entertaining space. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the staff are warm and professional. From dining to leisure, everything exceeded expectations. A perfect getaway for families or couples – we can’t wait to return!
Booked the hotel for romantic getaway with my partner, facilities are great, there is a lot of stuff to do beside just staying in the room, many restaraunts, food court, waterpark, swimming pool, EXCEPTIONAL gym( best hotel gym I’ve seen honestly), sauna (worth the money), jazz bar with live music etc etc. The only thing that I should mention - a lot, a lot, a lot of kids! We were a bit shocked to see that amount of babies per square meter (it seemed like everyone came with their child except us lol) maybe we were just “lucky”, but most areas are super noisy and hard to stay long.. but as soon as you come to sauna or cocktail bar, it’s quiet and nice. I would take this in consideration when booking. Another thing I would recommend to improve is tv channels, adding some more entertainment channels would be great. Other than that, we really enjoy our stay!
What an amazing place! I just can't wait to go back again to relax and rejuvenate. Firstly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and there were so many of them around the hotel to help/guide you if you need. The housekeeping didn't refill our minibar, so we called them and this friendly lady immediately came down with her hands full of minibar drinks and snacks. She was so friendly and spoke many languages. The room was super clean and modern. It came with free minibar (refill every night). Minibar includes beer, Pepsi, soda, biscuits, drip coffee and tea. Our booking came with free tickets to cimer and wonderbox (1 free ticket each per night stay). The staff might not be aware of this so make sure to show them the agoda booking. Cimer was incredible, although slightly intimidating at first due to the traditional changing/shower room (I was super confused what to do there). But after we got used to it, we enjoyed chilling at the many pools in Cimer and the many different types of saunas at the jijimbang. You can easily spend the whole 6 hours there. Wonderbox is a cool place, but the attractions were mostly oriented towards kids. We only spent less than 2 hours here. If you have kids this would be highly recommended. The hotel also includes a big gym and huge indoor/outdoor pool. The pools are all heated so you can enjoy them during cold season as well. You can visit the pool and gym once a day. There is also a arcade/bowling/darts room. You can play an hour at the arcade for free but the bowling/darts are paid activities. The restaurants/food court in Cimer were towards the expensive side. But there is a convinence store within the hotel so you can easily get food from there. There is a shuttle bus to fetch you to and from incheon airport. Just look out for the paradise city booth / bus sign. There is not much to do outside of Paradise city, although I doubt you would leave as there is so many activities in the hotel. I absolutely love Paradise City hotel. This place is literally mini paradise. It is clean, beautiful, and there's so many fun things to do here with your family. I especially LOVE Cimer Spa. It's top notch and best way to relax. I highly recommend this hotel!
I like the hotel so much, they provide free shuttle bus from Incheon airport terminal 1, every 30 min and they are really on time depart from the hotel. The room is very clean and big, I love the view from the room. I definitely will come back to stay next time!
Our stay at Hotel Paradise Incheon was amazing from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant rooms and world-class facilities. The indoor and outdoor pools are spotless and perfect for both relaxation and fun. The Wonderbox kept our kids entertained for hours – such a fantastic addition for families! Every part of the hotel feels luxurious, from the restaurants and spa to the stunning outdoor spaces. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome.
My wife and I sometimes stay here for some special occasions also because it’s close to our place. The pool and shopping mall etc, they all are in great condition and well-constructed, but we couldn’t use the pool because of a construction issue and they never informed us ahead. Honestly to compare how much we paid, there were also many things that were not included. To fully enjoy this hotel as much as you expect the same from other 5-star hotels, you might end up paying some extra on top of the hotel fee. I’m not sure if it’s worth it but if there’s a promotion/discounts, maybe yes. We were not so happy about this trip..
One of the most fun hotels around. There is entertainment for everyone and the heated outdoor pool is amazing. Shuttle bus to Incheon airport is convenient. Room is huge and clean and view was amazing. Pillows were a bit too soft. No free bathroom amenities were provided though.
We stayed at paradise for 2 nights. Staff at the front desk were outstanding! Room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. However, there was no dresser drawers for clothes. Two tall Shelves by the window had no purpose. Unless you want display your own picture frames or decor. Space would've been better for dresser drawers. Cimer staff were OK. However, they need to provide instructions on procedures while using the facilities. One example is that I was given shorts and a robe. Although I brought my own swimming shorts, I was given shorts and a robe. I was under the impression that I had to wear the shorts for swimming and the jjimijjibang. I realized later that it was only for the jjimijjibang. Staff at the Casino did not seem happy to be there. The coffee shops were excellent as well as the kimbap food stand. Overall an excellent place to stay!
We stayed here for 1 night prior to an early morning flight. They have a complimentary shuttle service that starts early in the morning (5:20AM for ICN terminal 2) with a nice modern bus with good luggage capacity. The customer service we experienced was excellent. Check in was seamless and very efficient (did not have to wait in line despite arriving just after check in time). In fact there was very little waiting in general as the resort is spread out and elevators, restroom facilities etc thoughtfully placed. Though their buffet restaurant On the Plate is a bit pricey, if you are a seafood/sushi eater is definitely worth it. The quality of the food was excellent. We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms and the aesthetically pleasing public spaces.
5 stars for customer service and facilities. Every single staff I’ve encountered exceeded my expectations on many levels. It’s very rare to come across so many staff who genuinely engage with guests to create positive experience. Whoever’s in charge of the guest experience training is doing a fine job! I’ve stayed in most of 5 star hotels in Korea and overseas and I must say Paradise City is one of my favourite place to stay to unwind and relax during a busy trip. The room was luxurious and clean. We got to venture to cimer(spa and pools even a water slide) , wonderbox like an indoor fare with small roller coaster and games. Great customer service and access to the amenities even after check out! Great value
Amenities were nice but they weren't able to assist with early check ins when we requested it beforehand (which I understand that it depends on rooms and all) The concierge weren't as friendly and didn't really offer much support and guidance and just said "come back at x and we will see if we can get you a room" but didn't come across as polite and friendly amenities some were shut when we arrive so wasn't able to use the spa and swimming pool was fantastic it was my second time here which is a shame as my first time was such an experience would consider somewhere else for my layover now ...
I stayed at Paradise before during events and did not think about it much. This was first time on my own. Hotel is huge and beautiful. Staffs are great. You will get the benefit of hotel if you stay few days at the least. Only problem is public transportation. My wife and I went out to have shell fish bbq for dinner and we could not find a taxi. Owner called taxi with extra charge. Driver was driving 140km! Very rough. Hope to see Paradise more community friendly so that companions not gambling can explore other cultures.
It was superb from the moment we entered until we left. We stayed with two kids 8 years old and infant, and it was lovely and enjoyable. Very good family lounge helps if you are waiting for check-in. Impressive art objects, great play areas and fantastic choice of restaurants, including cozy foodhall that offers thai, japanese, chinese, korean etc food. Room was spacious and comfortable, though the beds were too soft to my taste, but ok. Otherwise Byredo wash amenities, complimentary minibar, and great pool! Everything is kept very clean and tidy, we definitely will be back!
Great entertainment facilities within 10mins of Incheon Airport. Breakfast Buffet selection and taste was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable.
I knew of Paradise City because of their newest ambassador V, so my friend and I booked this. The room is huge with wonderful interiors and views. Bathroom is one of the biggest I’ve seen! The entire place is full of entertainment spots and restaurants too - will definitely go back!
Earliest check in is only at 2.30pm, and we reached at 12pm so we can only walk around the hotel. Do take note of this is your kids need to take a nap in proper room - better to reach only when you can do check in. There’s indoor kids playground (free if you stay there) but you need to check in first before you can use. There’s also indoor kids amusement park - free for 2 adults and baby of 36 months below. There’s casino, a food court, a handful of restaurants for you to choose from. There’s also a family lounge (close from 1pm - 2pm) and kids library so overall this hotel is really kids friendly. Hotel room is big enough for 2 adults 2 kids (one king bed), amenities are also good but one bad thing is the aircon in the room. We followed instructions and set the ideal temp to lowest 15degC, but the room temp kept hovering around 23.6degC throughout the night. It made sleeping kinda difficult because the room is stuffy and warm. Location wise, it’s about 5mins drive away from Incheon Airport T1. You can request concierge to help you arrange taxi beforehand, or take their shuttle bus that starts at 5am everyday, 30mins interval.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was well-curated. You feel like you are in a room of an artist. You will feel inspired and relaxed. The interior design is elegant. The bed is very spacious and comfortable. The bath is warm. The room is well-heated. We had a nice view of the Chrome and Wonderbox. It is located in the Plaza where there are plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. We hope to stay here longer(maybe for 2 nights) to maximize all the amenities, like the gym and sauna. Nice place to consider especially for a layover or an early flight. They have a shuttle to-and-from the Incheon Airport.
It’s a top-notch luxurious resort hotel. Great facilities. Great service. You got to go to Cimer to get the full steam spa experience. Everything is very modern and artsy without feeling over the top. Very classy and tastefully done. It’s actually not that expensive compared to other luxury hotel. You get your money’s worth for sure.

We decided to check in Paradise City before our flight back to Melbourne so it will be stress free. It did not disappoint! The highlight is the Cimer spa where we enjoyed the waterpark. This was included if you check in. Free access to all amenities and excellent choices of world reknown restaurants. We accessible transfer to and from the airport using free hotel shuttle. Large rooms and very comfy bed. Free mini bar for the first night! Smooth check in and check out! We will definitely come back if we are travelling to Seoul again.
We had 3 rooms for our extended family, and had the best time with our toddlers. The place is clean, modern, and has open spaces for the little ones to enjoy.
It was a good stay, albeit some room bug found in our initial room. They apologised and quickly changed the room. Room had signs of wear and tear - something expected of an 8 year old hotel. The kids had fun at the wonderbox, swimming and enjoyed their beef at Born & Bred. The staff were amazing. For those who spoke little English, they will refer you to the concierge staff who spoke excellent English. They did an excellent handover in explaining the situation/ request to the concierge staff so that you didn’t have to explain it all over again. I think this is a very strong customer service point. Well done! Special mention to Lina (Concierge) who took good care of us. Thank you! We will be back!
Everything is great except the limited lifts and they are a bit slow. Hotel with very nice restaurants. Excellent location if you stay after you land or before your flights .
It was the perfect short trip from the city- very child friendly and lots to eat and do with little ones. Rooms were spacious and clean.
We had an amazing stay here! The room is really clean and spacious. The free shuttle bus to the airport is also seamless and convenient.
We booked this place for our last day looking for a relaxing time before heading home. Included in the package was 6 hours at cimia. The place was amazing.. very relaxing.. All the staff were very friendly and were welcoming.
Resort was beautiful...elegant dance show with live music around the Giant Pumpkin at central point near lobby. was a nice touch. Staff was helpful with all basic needs, room was clean and nice view, although mostly runways. Aircraft sounds were were not intrusive and had peaceful sleep, even on the busier weekend. Outside pools/Jacuzzis were refreshing and so warm and relaxing, even in February. Didn't use the spa but is also very nice. Only issue experienced was the confusing transport from Incheon airport to the resort. The direct connect Airport rail system was closed/out of order (Maglev line) so went to take the free shuttle bus. Was told by airport information to get the bus at stop 13C. However this was incorrect, the bus is actually boarded at point 3C, runs every 30 min. Overall though a nice resort but need at least 2 full days to enjoy it all...
End the trip at Paradise. Rest and relax. No worries to rush to airport as it is just nearby with free shuttle bus. Food is rather expensive tho. U still can find affordable restaurants and emarts within walking distance outside the hotel. Nice and big room with free mini bar and most facilities.
가족과 주말 호캉스 다녀왔는데 과연 소문대로 호텔 시설이 압도적이고 곳곳에 설치된 아트 조형물 조각 예술품등 특별한 경험을 하였습니다. 훌륭한 직원 서비스로 인하여 또한 감동을 받았는데요. 호텔 코너마다 직원분들이 항시 대기하고 계셨고 늘 친절한 미소로 맞아주었습니다. 고객대비 직원 숫자가 많은것 같았어요. 특별한 감동은 프런트 오피스 매니져 준 리씨 및 스테프인데 우리가족이 분실한 에코백을 밤새 CCTV돌려가며 2일째 오후까지 서치하여 기어코 찾아주셨습니다. 정말 감동 이였어요!!! 파라다이스호텔에 다시한번 감사인사 올립니다 <3<3
Everything about the hotel was top notch. If you can, spend the extra money to get into the lounge. The afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast are worth the price, especially if you compare it to the costs of the nearby restaursnts. My only regret is that I did not get to try the pool, which for the record, looked better than cimer spa

The facility and hospitality are top notch!
We really enjoyed our last night in Korea at this hotel. Highly recommend if you have an early flight the next morning. Only advice is to try to get there early, there is a lot to do at this hotel.
Food at the hotel is expensive - head to the Plaza dining hall for decently priced food It was convenient to use their bag drop service (available only for certain airlines) and the airport shuttle bus! Rooms was very spacious.

It is an airport hotel so it’s convenient if you have an early flight out. There’s a complimentary shuttle that will take you to the airport as well. As it’s close to the airport it is very far from the cities and there isn’t much to do in the area. We paid about 40,000krw to get to incheon city by taxi and 70,000krw to get to Seoul (you can also take the free shuttle to the airport and then catch the arex to Seoul station for can be quite noisy but If you have young children there’s a small indoor theme park they may enjoy. Not much for older kids and adults to do there but we did take some cool pictures. We were disappointed that the restaurants close early, they do say 10 but the kitchens close just before 9. Not great if you and then there’s nothing but the convenience store
I booked again this year with good memories of staying last year. I booked through a site called Agoda like last year, and I was disappointed that the room size and view were not the same as last year. The location of the room was also inconvenient because it was located the farthest from the elevator. I was disappointed that the check-in staff gave me a view of the parking lot, even though there were not as many guests as last year. And the indoor swimming pool was under construction and the entertainment was canceled, so there was nothing to see. We spent most of our time at the Inspire Hotel.
80代の方を連れて最後の海外旅行。敷地が広いので車椅子で回りましがどこも見所が沢山で贅沢な空間でした。シメールは温水で、色々な場所があり、アメジストのサウナは素敵でした。カジノとクラブは次回若い世代と訪問したいです

Bit pricey but you get what you pay for in terms of luxury, kids playing area, location, etc. Considered the place to go, and popular with locals and tourists.
