The location where you can hear sound of wave. The place is so beautiful but if there maintain the landscape, will be great. The room is so clean and big. Just the selection of breakfast is limited. Overall, really value the money.

Nice hotel”
The standard superior room we had was much better than we expected: good beds, aircon and good warm shower with plenty of water. The rooms are located away from the road. The hotel had a small swimming pool which looked ok. We didn’t use it. Breakfast was average. Considering the hotel is by the seaside (beach is across the road), it’ll be good for the hotel to provide laundry lines for guests to hang their swim wear for the night.

1. Some electrical problem in the room assigned but the staff quickly find a replacement room. 2. Strategically located for those on vacation, u can have your meals facing the sea & many tasteful eateries nearby.

Near Beach”
Good for relaxing. Beach just across the road. The only thing is room condition expecially the toilet... if the jacuzzi dosen't work, they should change it into bath tub. As muslim, I'm not comfortable with the lay out of the toilet because I feel that someone can sneak . The toilet also higer than the bath tub, it's not hygene enough.

Good Resort but breakfast suck af”
They dont even know how to make a decent fried rice and noodles. Even the hotel I went RM70/pn have more decent breakfast. This is RM200/pn but have the worst breakfast I ever had in my travels experience. They should improve solely on their breakfast. I dont mind a simple breakfast with no so much variety but at least make it EDIBLE. I feel wasted since other thing is quite satisfying.

Dungun overnight stay by the beach”
Hotel easy to locate via Google map or Waze. Car park within hotel premise. Hotel has swimming pool & sunken bath in room. We had room service breakfast which was quite disappointing. Beach is across the road opposite the hotel. Good hotel to stay “without” breakfast.
