Value for money, very clean and room was well-decorated. Though my first night was very rough with a loud noise from some kind of generator. Staff said they will fix but it was still loud the whole night, they knew they couldn't fixed but didnt offer me a better room option until I asked for the change in the next morning. Other than that it was a nice stay, just request for any floor but not the roof floor
Vaibhav From Pune India”
Hotel in very beautiful. Nice for photography. Rooms are not that bigger but very clean. It seems bit congested to me. Break fast was extremely good and tasty. Restaurant was heritage style and extremely beautiful. Location wise very quiet and connected to city. Liked : Interior, Food Quality, Staff behavior, Facilities. Disliked: Rooms were smaller as compared to other hotel with same price range.
Wonderful place to stay”
There are 2 Umaid's hotels within 1 km, outside of the busy old pink town, about 10mins/100Ru Ola-ride. Location is good, neither too far nor too noisy. Umaid Bawan is the more preferred one as i try both for one night, with more richer history and more designed buildings. while Umaid Mahal has a bigger dinner hall. Everything is good, expect that, Mahal is little bit noisy upstairs in the mid night, fortunately i didn't last long.
excellent and we will come back again when visit jaipur”
this is beyond expactation. the design of the hotel is like small palace. they have a traditional dance performance at the roof top at night. Room is excellent clean, big and beautifull. We are very recomend this hotel
Small but nice hotel ”
Small and Boutique hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights and I arrived the hotel late at night the reception bring me the wrong room type that I was booked and I just realized after I did unpack all stuffs but it quite late. I did ask the reception told I wanna change he will move all stuffs for me. I told I booked another room type that bigger than this. SO he show me to the right one and asked me to pack all my stuffs back to my luggage they will move for us. I booked the room with chauffeur so we have driver and car with us for whole days that was great. They bring us to sightseeing and give us info about Jaipur place. That was great. We went back to the hotel at night and went to rooftop restaurant of the hotel that was very nice. Overall is good although the hotel look smal but unique.
Lack of service mind”
I stayed 2 night for 2 rooms at the hotel with my friends. We gave a tip all together. The staff ask for the tip and put on his face for dissatisfaction when we said about the combine tip. My room didn't have slippers. We asked for it but still don't get any. I washed the bathroom myself on the 2nd day since it smell like someone pee. There's not much variety for the food and the taste is not that good.
Superb hotel with excellent decoration”
As soon as you entered the hotel, you were mesmerized with its beauty. The reception staff very helpful. The staff very polite and pleasing. Breakfast had good selection of food and drink. One of the cons is the terrace restaurant on the 4th floor was too cold to dine in the evening. The other con would be that there were no shops or restaurants walking distance. There are taxi and rickshaws outside the hotel to take you sightseeing. We would definitely stay in the same hotel in our next visit to Jaipur.
Comfort & nice decoration ”
Stunning at front arch is very nice. Friendly staff. Room specious and comfort. Good dinner restaurant with music show. Good breakfast. Nice public Interior. Not far from attractions but need car/taxi. We are happy here. Recommended.
Liked everything here, especially the food and the friendliness of the staff.
Enjoyed our stay. Exotically decorated. Staff were extremely helpful. Bit of a problem with hot water. Staff even carried hot water in bucket to room.
Hotel is tastefully decorated and designed. Hotel and restaurant staff are very pleasant. Had some trouble with hot water.
Perfect nights at Jaipur”
This place is really meet my expect! And I expect really high with this. The room very clean, also the toilet and bed really comfy! All the decorate is very cute as well, I love every little details here
A little distant from the Pink City, but just a short tuk tuk ride away, this hotel provides a quiet respite from the noise and chaos of the city. Nice pool, rooftop dining and reasonable breakfast. Comfortable room and nice décor - altogether a good choice.
Friendly and Hospitable ”
The location isn't near the main attractions but it's just about 15 mins away. Price is good. Friendly staff especially from the restaurant. Nice evening rooftop dinner with live Rajasthani cultural programme. After 2 days stay, we wanted to leave our bigger luggages behind when we went away for 2 days to Sawai Madhopur, they kept it for us till we returned for another 2 days stay.
By far best heritage hotel we have stayed at and what a cheap price. Rooms were huge and so fancy all the facilities. Got moved from pool area two days in a row for cleaning at 4pm! Can't complain about a thing simply awesome. Oh go to carrots and cabbage restaurant for dinner unbelievable Indian, Chinese, Mexican or Italian.
Royal treat !!”
My friends stayed at this hotel, It was clean, gave exotic and royal look with courteous staff. The location is in heart of city. Food and other services are also awesome...I will recommend to all my friends...
A beautiful hotel”
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, as I enjoyed it so much the previous time. The location is good and the design of the hotel is beautiful. It is in the old style, but has all the modern comforts. A convenient bar, relaxing rooftop restaurant/bar, swimming pool. Rooms are well set up. Ground floor is the quietest part.
What a charming little hotel! The interior design is worth mentioning as it is very attractive and just gives the whole Indian vibe! Everything about this hotel is great! Highly recommended. I'll give this a rate of 10!!
Charming Artsy Hotel”
This has to be the most attractive hotel I've stayed in India. The interior design and even the furniture are really attractive. Make sure you request a room with balcony. The rooms are huge, beds comfortable and very clean and large bathroom. The buffet breakfast is a bit bland but otherwise okay. Their rooftop restaurant has a very Indian feel to it which I really like. I didn't see any restaurants near the hotel though so you're stuck eating in the hotel which I may say is quiet expensive but overall, I would recommend this place.
I like this hotel.”
They waited and picked us up from the railway despite our train was delayed for few hours. Appreciate it. The internet wifi code was limited to 1 device only, however they provide an extra because there were 2 of us.
