The apartment and location great except!
The apartment is located in a narrow street with a cafe below that is playing the worst kind of psycho music until 1.30+/- am extremely loud - impossible to sleep - owner must let renters know - we moved away early. It is a very nice place but ruined by that cafe music -

L’emplacement et la chambre
Pas de wifi qui fonctionne, pas d’eau durant une après-midi, le lit pour enfants convient seulement pour un enfant de moins de 10 ans (c’est un lit d’appoint pliant) Et surtout le bruit!!! Pas de double vitrage et musique du bar en dessous jusqu’à 3h30 du matin. Impossible de dormir… L’accueil agréable mais une heure de retard à attendre au pied de l’immeuble Dommage!

Magnifique chambre”

La chambre est magnifique. Elle est superbement placée dans le centre de Martina Franca. Elle est équipée d’une petite cuisine (avec de quoi faire du café), d’une belle salle de bain, du wifi et de la climatisation. Je recommande vivement
Les marches pour monter au 2ème étage sont hautes (mais ça vaut le coup). Être au centre-ville c’est super mais cela peut être un peu bruyant.

Una volta a Martina basta e avanza...!”

La posizione centralissima, le volte dell'appartamento.
La scala per salire all'appartamento è davvero ripida, coi gradini alti e consumati. Bisogna tenersi al corrimano per evitare di cadere. Il lettino che doveva usare mia figlia di 5 anni era poco sicuro. Appena si è seduta sul letto è caduto. È totalmente instabile se non ti siedi esattamente nella parte centrale. Morale: abbiamo dovuto tenerla nel lettone con noi ( insieme all'altra di un anno...). Altra nota a sfavore , che non c'entra con la stanza ma compromette la vacanza é la presenza del locale sottostante che tiene la musica ad un volume assurdo almeno fino alle 3 e poi continuano gli schiamazzi dei ragazzi sotto fino alle 5. È impossibile riposare con i bassi che rimbombano nelle orecchie attraverso il cuscino. Abbiamo passato 2 notti insonni. Assolutamente sconsigliato per bambini e finché il locale non si mette in regola con la normativa vigente circa l'inquinamento acustico in pieno centro abitato a notte fonda.

La posizione è perfetta al centro di Martina Franca affianco la piazza, l’appartamento di una bellezza disarmante, pulizia perfetta e dotato di ogni comfort, i proprietari gentilissimi, consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura! Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa!
Consiglio se dovete sostare con valige pesanti di organizzarvi con degli zaini perché c’è un po’ di camminata da fare e la struttura presenta una scala molto ripida per arrivare alle stanze! In ogni caso la consiglio a tutti!

Stanza pulita, nel centro città, aria condizionata funzionante, doccia comoda, bagno finestrato.
Purtroppo la struttura si trova in una stradina molto stretta, esattamente sopra un baretto. Questo ha comportato che praticamente non si è riusciti a dormire fino all'alba: musica a tutto volume fino alle 5-30-6 a.m., caos di gente ubriaca che gridava e cantava, insomma riposo 0. Non hanno certamente aiutato gli infissi vecchi della struttura che, nonostante la nostra camera fosse al 2° piano, non hanno fornito alcun isolamento acustico. Consiglio alla proprietà di fare un discorsetto ai tizi del bar di sotto: capisco la musica, ma non fino all'alba.

Appartamento molto gradevole, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort e in posizione centralissima. L'host molto gentile ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta.
Per chi ha il sonno leggero il vocio della movida notturna potrebbe creare difficoltà ad addormentarsi o durante il sonno (Certamente non è colpa dell'host ma forse dei doppi vetri aiuterebbero). Sconsigliato anche a chi ha difficoltà motorie o passeggini trovandosi le camere in cima a delle scale piuttosto ripide

posizione centralissima.
La stanza era fredda anche se è possibile accendere una pompa di calore per il riscaldamento. Stanza un pó buia, e purtroppo collocata sopra ad un locale cocktail bar notturno che ha tenuto musica accesa ad alto volume e schiamazzi fino alle 3 di notte. Acqua calda non sufficiente per fare due brevi docce. Sconsigliato a chi ha un passeggino, portone di ingresso stretto e scala per accedere alla camera molto ripida. Doccia con tenda (per noi ritenuto poco igienico).
