Spacious Junior Suite, hotel in good quiet location”
Was amazed when my husband and I entered our room because it was not only large with plenty of room for our belongings but had an actual exercise bike! It was really value for money as we paid less for this hotel than hotels in other locations with much smaller rooms where we could hardly open our luggage. The location was perfect, less than 10mins walk from Milano Centrale station. Just note one of the traffic lights to the hotel transits to red light much more quickly than other lights and you have to walk extra fast with luggage. The bed was really comfortable. If you are a light sleeper like me, this hotel is in a quiet secluded area away from the streets but at night you may hear running water if you stay on a low storey. The room amenities were decent, with the usual hairdryer and plenty of towels and shampoo, but soap is only available upon request

Excellent property very well located with superb large room with best breakfast”
I was highly impressed with the room which was extra large and with 2 large extra beds for children. Nice bathroom and the view from room was also very good. Staff was also very welcoming. It’s location was very close to the the metro and central’s bus stop. The best part was the breakfast which was the most elaborate and best we had on our Italy tour. I would highly recommend this property

We had very pleasure stay in unahotel. The location is fab suited a couple of minutes walk from the train station. The triple room easily would fit four people and breakfast got nice variety of choices

I stayed with my dog at UNA hotel. it was really clean and big sized compare with other hotel in Milan. and location also was good. it takes just 5 min by walk from central Station. so I really recommend UNA hotel in Milan. if you wanna stay with child or dog, UNA hotel is really perfect hotel. Breakfast also good!

We booked the junior suite - and the space is spacious with a huge bed. The location is near Central Milan station. They allow us to have late check out without any additional fee (some hotels in Italy will charge). Recommended.

Pipe leakage on the corridor/whole level during our stay. Received a call to shift to another floor within minutes. Though mentioned that we have a scheduled tour to catch and had to forfeit the paid tour if we shift at that moment, the receptionist insisted and demand we did so immediately. Had to request for the tour compensation, then were they enlightened that hotel guests were inconvenienced, and shouldn't demand to evict us.

The hotel was close to the train station. It was near many small bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean and well kept. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was amazing as well, very helpful.
