We had a great stay at he hotel. The staff is really friendly. You can get to the piazza maggiore with the bus (in front of the hotel) in about 15 minutes. The garage costs 12€/day but there are parking slots on the outside which are free.

Worst service ever”
I have stayed twice in this hotel , they have no idea about hotel hospitality services , no room service after 11 not even a bottle of water or a cup of tea , the room is so spacious with little furniture , annoying white lighting , it’s like your sleeping in an office building and the staff is not helpful specially the morning shift , the excuse was for the bad service is that we are a 4 stars hotel not a 5 stars hotel .. they could improve the hotel and reach better standards

Tre giorni a Bologna”
Siamo stati 2 notti in questo hotel. Non è centrale e l’ingresso non è facilissimo da azzzeccare se è la prima volta che ci vai, ma per le nostre esigenze è andato più che bene! Pulito, staff gentile e cortese, colazione molto buona e abbondante. Unica piccola pecca: per due notti abbiamo dormito in letto separati nonostante ci avessero detto che avrebbero potuto facilmente farli diventare un letto matrimoniale.

Ho portato i miei genitori di 77 e 72 anni e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo aspettato un'ora per essere registrati. In camera dei miei genitori non vi era in bidet e la doccia era scivolosa e stavo per cadere, per fortuna mi sono retta alla maniglia della doccia. Avevo chiesto una stanza fumatori e mi hanno dato una stanza non fumatori. Altri receptionist, quelli diurni, erano molto gentili e bravi. Il notturno assolutamente no.
