A pleasant Experience”
It was pleasant,The staff service was Ok, considering the limited staff they had. Our room windows did not have curtains , though, but they fixed them up in 2-3 hours time. Rooms were clean and view of the ECR from the room was beautiful. Location was excellent,A Value for Money hotel, I can say.

Room was spacious and hotel was located in ecr . Hotel is little old and it shows. Free breakfast is south India and tastes good.

Overall stay was good. I would strongly recommend this place for stay. But the price is at the higher side. One issue that I found was the language. Few restraunt staffs were not able to understand neither English or Hindi.

I booked 2 rooms and i was given rooms at 4th floor. It was awesome experience. Good value for money. Complimentary breakfast was also good but limited food.

Not worth for the money they charge”
Hotel and Room we stayed was clean, it is in the ECR Road and they offered complementary Vegetarian Break Fast. Break fast was good, only problem is they have fixed menu. The problem i faced, is they did not provided the towel, they said some laundry issue and after long fight they managed to give one towel. They dont give any news paper. I paid around 2800 for one day stay, the price they charge it is not worth for the service and facility.

We stayed for 3 nights & the experience was alright. We had taken the Suite which was clean & spacious. We didn't know the Hotel was only vegetarian. The breakfast has the same 3 dishes as standard menu included with the stay. If you are a Foodie, you can go to the beach side which would cost you Rupees 100 from the Hotel for some good non veg food. The rickshaw are expensive, you need to bargain to Rupees 100. Over all we had a wonderful time as it was raining & the experience with the hotel was value for Money.

Nice hotel but away from town...”
Enjoyed the stay during third week of Jan 2015. Room was big and bathroom too was very nice. What let me down was breakfast, which was same set of items and you will get bored eating the same. Suggest to have meal credit in addition to breakfast coupon.

A no frills place, only to be availed when you have no other option”
This hotel tried hard to add as many features as they could : Central AC, TV, clean bathrooms with fancy showerheads etc. but the closure isn't achieved as the room smelled of mould, bedsheets were not very clean, pillows were dirty. Service was just okay, but the front desk person(s) had a transactional approach. This place should be used only as a last resort..

Except for it's location, there's nothing very good about this hotel. At the time of check-in itself, the front desk staff started bickering that Agoda is quoting low rates for this hotel. Breakfast is very ordinary. Room service is pathetic. But, for the location, no plus points.

stayed for two night.. bathroom door was broken, cannot be closed from outside the room. few breakfast option, worst option. they did not provide bills even after collecting tax. they dont accept card.
