Fast Wifi, frriendly staff, swimming pool
The hotel is just okay. It's clean and has very fast wifi. Lobby very nice. Pool okay. Very cold airconditioned though it has old rooms and very small hallway.

old, crappy, unfrendly
location, shopping, nightlife
disappointed about quality of the rooms. old, smelly, far from tripadvisor notations and recommendations. definitely too high price for the value of the hotel and rooms. but cheap rooms without windows can be a good option for backpackers if bargaining price, as location is good for shopping and nightlife

very uncomfortable
fast internet,near hospital,less traffic sorroundings
The pictures from the website and booking sites are completely the opposite...its ugly, old ,dirty and you hear noise from next doors.Mostly all rooms has no windows at all, very tight hallways and elevators are so tiny and dirty rugs,,,needs cleaning, the lobby looks ok butonce you pass that place its the other way.If you dont like close rooms, dont go to this hotel..The price is not bad,bed is comfortable, furnitures are so old and dirty,,they said its a 32 inches lcd or widescreen tv,, but its the old tube tv with very poor signal and reception. Its very far from shopping stores and to the BST,,no restaurants or mini marts need to walk far to get to any point, its not centrally located to everything,,Ibooked this because its very near to the hospital Bumrungrad but good thing I stayed only one night...They upgraded my room to a de luxed but it is very old and noisy hearing doors and other guest talking and walking around. If you ever stay to this hotel, never take a room next to the elevators and without a window.

Difficult to get any rest in this hotel
room service, fast checkout, parking
This isn't the first time I have stayed at Unico Express. It used to be called the Leela inn. Somehow I think they managed to switch from owner at least three times the past few years. If you're looking for a quiet night of sleep, this is NOT the place to be. The majority of guest are groups of men from the middle east and India. If you know the area of Nana, then you might know what's going on in the rooms during the night or even day time. Luckily for me I had a three days meeting at wireless road, so I didn't have to stay at the hotel to work. But coming back at night after a long day and not able to sleep is the worst thing you can expect from a hotel. Apart from the bonking noises from the neighbours the hotel managed to have it sewers cleaned and elevators maintained during the night. So the smell and noise made it very uncomfortable to stay. The so called superior rooms are nothing near to superior at all. Their is just enough space for the bed, a flat panel tv, a chair with a attached table, a safe, a fridge, and a tiny bathroom of 3 square meters. No desk, which was very inconvenient when I had to work or eat my lunch which I ordered from room service. Next time I'll just stay a little bit further around asoke or phrom phong. The hotels there are nicer and only a few stops from Ploenchit.

value for money
value for money, good location, staffs
Check in lobby looks great, friendly staff and good dinning restaurant at lobby. Room was okay but had a funny smell when moved in. Room looked a bit old but generally passable given how much was being paid for.

Pleasant and Good Canal View Rooms
Close to shopping and nightlife. Also close to hospitals
Had a pleasant stay. Some nights it was a bit noisy when tour groups came from India.
