      Nice stay”

Location was good, right down the street from the main walking street. Did have to wait to check in because nobody was there(had to ask the motorbike shop next door) Basic room, air worked great, bed not the most comfortable but that's everywhere in Thailand. Some bugs in the bathroom but not a bother because it is a cabin so expected. Loved the hammock on the porch. The older lady who worked there was very sweet and tried inviting us twice to a bonefire but we were never there when it was happening. Would stay again.

      Not worth the price”

The bungalow is classic, it's half cheaper in other guesthouses in town for the same confort. The place is cute but the swimming pool looks dirty so we didn't use it. The tenant wasn't there when we arrived, we waited and then left for breakfast and nobody was there when we came back, we had to ask the rental shop next door to call her. Anyway, we expect higher standards when you pay this price in Pai.

Couldn't find any staff to check in when we arrived, so went to have lunch instead, having to take all our bags with us. came back an hour later and still no one. Finally found someone to call the owner, who came to let us in after another 20 minutes hanging around. Dirty carpet in room, very murky, unappealing swimming pool. Wouldn't stay here again, there are better places for the same price in Pai.

If you are looking for a budget hotel in a nice location, this is it. However, the buildings might be a bit too old and worn (especially, restrooms) to stay in for an entire day. In other words, if you are looking for a luxury option (or nice getaway), this is not it. The staffs were very nice and friendly.

      Absolutely awful...”

I am not a picky traveller and am usually satisfied with any and all accommodations, but this place is maybe the worst I have stayed in while in Thailand. I am currently an English teacher in Thailand and I understand that the standards are a bit different here than most people are used to, but this place was bad. First off, the location is on a pretty busy main road in Pai, which was disappointing but not the worst thing in the world. The problem was the room itself. It smelled of mold and looked visibly dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, mold on the walls, cobwebs, and just falling apart. The sink was splitting from the wall, and there wasn't even a holder for the shower head so it just hung down unless you were holding it. The bed literally had tape on the head board for whatever reason and the blankets felt damp and filthy. I don't have enough room to leave a full review here, because it gets worse, but buyer beware, don't waste your money here.

      Bungalows of dirt!!”

The photos on agoda (and the resort website) should not be believed! These images are obviously from maybe a decade ago. Dirty!! Termite ridden!! Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty bathroom. Stinking carpeted floors (to hide the rot and termites). One bungalow I was shown had a mass of dead bees littering the dirty grubby carpet. I rarely complain about accommodation, especially simple accommodation, however, this was DIRTY BADLY MAINTAINED accommodation. This result is the height of sheer laziness. There is also a fishtank at the front desk that is BLACK with dirt. I feel so sorry for the fish that have to live in such a disgusting tank. There was no one to greet us, we had to call up a number to get someone to give us our keys, then the same issue when checking out. I wouldn't wish these bungalows on anyone. Should be burned down and redeveloped. Shocker!

We paid via agoda at almost 800 baht for fan bungalow. When we arrived there was a sign saying aircon room 600 baht so I don't recommend booking it online. However on a plus our bungalow had aircon. Overpriced for what you get and cobwebs were everywhere. Nice seating area outside your bungalow and the staff were very friendly.

Our first room had a thirty year old carpet, no windows, exposed wires and tape literally holding everything together. They switched us to a second room that was just as bad but a bit less tape. We told them we weren’t going to stay second so they switched us to the big room, which honestly isn’t so bad. It had hardwood floors and three windows. That said, there was jungle eco system in the roof and walls, so it was really a fantastic way to get to know the local gecko, bird and insect community. Pretty sure this place is a front run by the mob because we didn’t see anyone else there the entire time. As someone else said, I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here.

      Bush tucker trial”

We knew as soon as we got into the hut that we would have issues. The hut was no where near air tight. So much so, that you could see gaps round the floor to outside. The floor was covered in thousands of ants, the bathroom had cockroaches and lizards coming through the holes. When we tried to sleep we were kept up all night from sounds coming from outside. We also couldn't have a proper shower due to there being no holder as it was broke. The coat hanger was also broke so there was no choice but to leave our belongings on the floor to soon be covered in ants. I wouldn't let my dog stay here.

Dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. Drew us in with the pool which was murky and dirty when we arrived.
