Absolutely pathetic services, non hygienic rooms. It took more than half an hour to check in as the staff were confused and not trained. They not even offered water to us. Restaurant looked like ghost area. Rooms were smelling.

Not a recommended facility”
The location was okay but the service is very pathetic and the overall customer handling is poor. When we reached we have to carry our luggage to the reception and wait for them to get free, as lot of existing customer where present at the desk complaining about something or the other. The lobby outside the room is very shabby and poorly lit. The overall cleanliness of the room should have been better and the electronics present in the room were not working until a technician had been called. Through out the stay the Wifi was not working and we have to use our international mobile data on roaming and against that nothing we received in compensation from the hotel when asked. So the point was if the facilities promised in the site was not provided by the hotel why this is not compensated to the customer back as other hotels without these facilities were offering cheaper rates. Overall i will not recommend the hotel unless it is very urgent and for a very short duration. Food also is better outside then in the restaurant, only breakfast was okay.

Decent rooms, decent service but booking / check-in / cancellation policy unclear and unsatisfactory”
We liked the rooms / location / facilities at United 21. However, we had horrible experience in managing our bulk bookings. Despite booking nine rooms, three rooms were cancelled (due to No Show on one day) without any attempts to reach out to us, which led to our guests having to stay elsewhere despite paid facilities. We should have at least been informed once so that we could rejig our arrangements to avoid such fiasco. This was a completely horrible experience for a large customer like us and despite good facilities, we would recommend not to stay at the hotel.

The reception staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful in every way possible. The Bell Boy showed exceptional service and could not do more to make our stay more comfortable. Although the rooms are cleaned well the bathrooms need major work in removing mould. Shower corners and tiles are discussing. Sadly let down by this. My partner also got quite sick from the watermelon juice served as part of the buffet breakfast. We know it was from this as it was the only thing he had different to me on that day and he had two glasses. First room we were given smelt very musty an damp so we refused to take it. Second room was better. Sadly not really 4 star.

7th floor water seepage, stingy smell in corridor, long way to go on service @ par with any decent 4 star hotel in MUMBAI. I don't think that I will go once again.

I think the hotel was a very great place earlier now it's become like a den and cleanliness is pathetic it stinks and also in the bathroom the blows have been emitting smoke which made it worst to have access to the bathrooms -- had a very very bad stay was in the room throughout as outside wasn't that great

Very Slow Check in. Bathroom not upto the mark. Toiletries and linen need improvement. Provide two single beds and not a king/queen bed. Breakfast was good
