We have a total of 16 travelers. Booked 3 units of high floor sea view apartment. The room is very clean , the room is for 6 people but only 5 people can sleep comfortably. One sofa bed is bad for sleeping as it is too short in length and the center part is high than the 2 ends.

Thank you for staying at United Resort Yomitan. As there is no reception at this facility, we think that picking up the customer in the clean room is the best hospitality. Because it is a condo type hotel unlike a resort hotel, you can relax like you are at home. Because it becomes private space, I do not need to worry about other customers, so I think I could spend it slowly. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. We are using a shop located nearby. Please also use it again when you come to Okinawa.

Second time of visit to this resort. Clean, comfort, spacious as usual. Recommended if you are travelling in a group. There is supermarket nearby. But you need to rent a car to stay here as public transport is not convenient.

After advance booking we received a email from the hotel operator confirming the room number and room door entrance code. However upon checking in the room that we booked at around 4pm on the arrival day, the room was already occupied by other customers. The staff told us that they might had made a mistake for allowing some others to check in the room at around 11:00am in the morning. The operator's email told us that the check in time is 3pm. That was ridiculous. After some communication with the hotel staff on telephone we were provided with another room quickly.

A good place for 2 families with kids”
Location is good, with 180-degree sea view and not too far away from Naha. Supermarkets are close enough (by car) so cooking is a good idea. There were 2 bad things that we felt a bit unhappy: One was that we had booked 3 consecutive nights but we were required to move to another room for the 3rd day stay. The other was that no one cleaned up the room (exchanging towels and taking away the trash) so we had to tolerate the smelly used towels and trash bin. Rest were fine, though.

everything excellent if you have a family with kids. We found Family Mart a lot better than Lawson convenience stores close by. local highway from airport to hotel was very congested. Probably all the time as well.

Everything is good except not enough blanket provided for the additional bed. Besides, there is only one toilet plus one wash room in separate room, so it take long for the family to take shower at night time.

Beware, this accommodates 5 people only”
The description says up to 7 people but it really is only up to 5, max! What they call a sofa-bed is not even suited for a 8-YO child, it is a small foldable unit with separate moving parts that does not stay in place when you turn in bed! Not only it is extremely uncomfortable (because of the folded part), it's about 100x150cm when assembled. Quite upset with the staff too. I had asked BEFORE checking in to confirm the possibility to accommodate everyone (which they did), after the first night (realizing what a bad arrangement it was), I asked to be loaned a spare foldable bed (they say in the description you can ask for one). Instead of acknowledging my request, they did nothing and challenged that they had confirmed the arrangements (I had to send them a copy of their own email). Still, they did not help, and we had to sleep one on the floor! Very bad attitude from the staff, zero willingness to help. I do not recommend because of that. Location is otherwise OK & the flat was clean.

Good choice for travelling with family”
The apartment is well equipped for self-help travelling group, with all you need in the kitchen and laundry, and is spotlessly clean. It's an easy reach to all attractions in Onna area. But the apartment itself is situated in a local suburb with light industries around, and a bit far from shops and restaurants. There is no front desk service and you need to get your password for entry to the building beforehand. Overall it's a good choice for travelling with family.
