Near enough but rather compact”
It’s relatively near US Tokyo. The room however is very compact, so be prepared. We were a family of 5 so it was rather tight.

USJ just a short walk away, train station even closer. Japanese size, so if you don't need a lot of space, this place was good. Would stay again, for sure.

Had to walk a bit from the station & is quite quiet and secluded to walk alone at night... Good thing we stayed on the first floor cos there's no lift, if not we have to lug our luggage up. Not much facilities, they have a pay to use washing machine & dryer inside the unit. Most of the stuff you need is inside the apartment. Not that near USJ, you still have to take one stop down to the USJ.

Too expensive, very bad service”
It is way too far from the entrance of Universal studios, they have poor front desk that opens only at 4pm and you can’t leave your luggages there before check in, they have early check out too and there are way better hotels near Universal than that place. It was a waste of money.

Clean and convenient”
One station from the USJ. Cheaper than hotels located in front of the USJ but still very convenient if you don't want to spend much time travelling from and to the USJ. The room was very clean and not too small. Next to the 7-11, very convenient. Everything was excellent except the staff was not very welcoming. He didn't smile and didn't speak with Japanese usual level of politeness. For example, when I phoned to asked the staff if I can drop my bag before check-in time (in Japanese) His answer was just "できないです” (you can't) or when I did the check-in he just said "passport" "fill this" "read this" "ok?" and shut the window just like that and I was kinda shock because that's not how the Japanese do things especially to the guest. But not that I was upset, it's just weird and we were making jokes about it honestly.

Exceptional”
The only con is that check in is not available until 4pm and there are no facilities to leave your luggage before check in. I arrived at the hotel at 1230pm not realising I would not be able to check in, and ended up lugging my bags back to Universal Studios and leaving them in a locker and enjoying the roller coasters

simple but still alright”
Simple place to stay. not big but consider alright for Japanese hotels. Might be a little small if you have more than 2 cabin baggage. Hotel just in front of USJ but the entrance is only for the USJ staff. Short walk to station and only a station away to USJ. Good replacement if you cant get a room in USJ hotel itself. There's a decent 7-11 beside. Very convenient as there're no other restaurants around. Staff is very friendly and helpful when we asked about getting to the airport in the wee hours. Even offered to call for cab if we need.

No staff until late, you can't check your luggage early.”
If you plan to drop off your large luggage at this place then head straight to the universal studio, IT WON't WORK. They are unstaffed until something like 4 (or 5?) so you can't check in your luggage first, and it has no elevator (what?). I don't think it should be called a hotel. However close to USJ it appears on the map, its a painful 20 minutes walk to the entrance. Other popular place in Osaka are quite far away from this hotel. If you want to stay here solely because it appears close to USJ, think twice and consider living at other more popular Osaka placeS, then take public transport to USJ.

It is near USJ so the location is good. It is also beside a convenience store. Very cute kitchen, has all the things i needed like microwave, water heater for coffee or noodles. Also has bread toaster. The room is clean so thumbs up

Staircase only and No hotel staff off hour”
Although from the map it is located 500mtrs from USJ, in fact the only entrance to the park is for the employees only. You need to take one train stop at Universal City to main entrance. Another misinformation is that there is no warning of no elevator in this hotel at all. If you have luggages, need to carry 4 levels to where we were booked. 4th floor. No information whatsover when we book from Agoda. Note these! Other than that, the place was alright and clean. 7-11 next door where we can get our quick meals and bevs. Great for short stay and don't expect too much for any assistance from staff other than their work hour from 3pm to 9pm. You are on your own until checkout.

This hotel was close to the train station and 7-11 which was very convenient. The room was meant to sleep 2 adults, not 3. We put one of the very thin futons on the floor in the hallway. We needed to get a taxi and the man at the desk refused to help, until he thought we were leaving early. We arrived early from the airport and had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours until he came to check us in. The least friendly hotel that I have ever encountered in Japan. Most are so friendly. I wouldn't recommend staying here

It is 1.2km walk to the entrance of universal studios from the property. The check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. There is NO staff to take care of your needs anytime before 4pm. Emegency contact number could not be reached. They strictly DO NOT help you with any luggage storage. Check in guy is a young chap with no service whatsoever...read the hotel policy, sign, ok this key is for you.....he did not even tell me what was the password for the main door and when i asked, the unsincere impatient face showed. They are very strict with check out time as mentioned from them "there is no such thing as late check out" Suitable for people who drives a car as there might be free parking behind the convenience store. Basically clean and acceptable room.

You can see USJ opposite the hotel but to get there is one train station ride or 15 minute walk. We had 4 pax but the room given was more for 2 pax. Could hardly walk around. Only plus was the 7-11 next door and train station 5 minute walk away.

this is the worst accomodation in Japan”
You have to make sure of the time of check-in. If you be late to arrive at this place you will be isolate in this area~ They have no generation at all. Very Unkind!!!

Walking distance to USS Osaka. Cleaning lady super friendly and helpful. Counter staff is also responsive. Highly recommended for youth traveling family
