Easy accessible location, lots of foods nearby the area. Train station about 8mins walk from Yodayabashi and 4mins walk from Kitahama to the hotel. Nakanoshima park is nearby and Osaka Castle walkable about 20mins walk from tembabashi. Hotel room is okay for one traveler but not couple as it is small. Laundry wash and dry for coin services is good. Breakfast wise will be the same food everyday! Perhaps they will have some more options and variety changes for the days or weeks.

It’s very cheap and clean. Location is also good, only 2 minutes from kitahama station. Kitahama is the place where has a lot of offices. This street is Very clean and safe.

The hotel is very close to metro station, convenience store and plenty of restaurant around. The hotel staffs are friendly and the room is clean and comfy.

The only issue I had was I added breakfast to my booking and I had to leave at 6:30am to get my train to the airport. Breakfast at the hotel started at 7am if I had known beforehand I wouldn't of selected it. Clearly I should be refunded the cost of breakfast

The place is convenient and near the station. The hotel is very new and with good lighting. There is family mart nearby and also restaurants downstairs. Will book it again!

Great property, really clean and appears to be newer. No complaints really, a tiny room which is pretty typical of Japan but I was very comfortable. The only negative was breakfast wasn’t very good.

Condescending staff”

Stayed here 5 days and experienced the worst Japanese reception ever. During check in, the staff was cold, unfriendly and sternly instructed me to take exactly 4 bottles of water from a table nearby. The tone was one of contempt and distrust. If you don't trust guests, why not hand it out yourselves? The room was ok, typical small room but i noted their stinginess in amenities - exactly 1 pillow, 1 cup... The room was clean but wish they gave more hangers (instead of just 3). - I encountered cleaning staff during my stay: when i attempted to greet them, they ignored me like i was invisible. Another time, 2 cleaners were laughing loudly nearby in a room with the door open, holding up an object and laughing in a tone of jesting. During checkout, the 2 staff (different ppl) were very cold and when i bowed and thanked 1 of them later, the female staff barely even looked at me in a manner of arrogance and contempt. Not recommended ever.

The room is really tiny. The lobby is big but uselessly empty. The breakfast is one of the worst I ever eaten. Should have gone to the moss burger on the main Street. Probably no second stay in this one

Quite simply the newest, cleanest Japanese business hotel we've ever stayed at. Simple facilities, but enough little touches to make it feel nice (curved shower rod, bath robes in room, electric kettle with instant coffee and tea in the room, bottled water upon check-in.)

2minute from the convenience store and there several Metro exits around there so it’s easy to take the subway train.

The system records my name in Katakana characters. I never use Japanese letters but Roman alphabet. Front clerk could not find my name to check in because they are not used to see Japanese-looking-person with a common Japanese last name registered in Roman alphabet letters. This is something Osakans must adjust in this era of globalization.
