Love my Stay”
For an affordable stay, Upstairs is the best place to go. It is safe (with cctv), it has fast wifi connection, and most of all, it has all the things you need for a quite and good sleep. Walk from SM (shopping mall) for 3 minutes. Its that close so you have plenty of choices when you want to eat. Ride the jeepney in front of Upstairs Bed and Bath if you want to go to tourists spots. Lastly, there is a cute park in front of Upstairs Bed & Bath.

Backpacker in Baguio for 2 days”
Our stay in Upstairs Bed and Bath was comfortable considering that it was a hostel. We met other travelers from our region and was able to save on the tour cab rental. I was glad that there was a heater in the bathroom considering that rental was very cheap though it malfunctioned. The place was close to SM Baguio and easy to find. It would help if the hotel served breakfast or had more food choices aside from noodles. I suggest that a door should be installed to separate the male and the female room too.

Upstairs Bed and Bath is really accessible and a good place to stay while in Baguio”
Pros: -they have a designated dining and smoking area for guests. -room is really clean and the fleece bedding is good for the cold weather. -the hostel staff are nice. -location is near SM Baguio, the bus stations back to Manila and Session Road. -responds immediately when we called to inform them we will do a late check-in since we are coming from Vigan. Cons: -Not much of a con sinve we just stayed overnight but a little touch-up of paint for the ceiling and the walls inside the room would be nice. The room is clean but since some paint and some stains here and there (maybe due to previous guests), it makes the room kinda look off. Like they do clean it but they let the paint just peel off or something.

Affordable lodging”
If you're traveling to Baguio and want to save money, Bed and Bath is your best bet. They have nice facilities and a clean place. The only con I can see is that its a dorm type lodge so you need to be watchful of your valuables since you'll be sharing a room with other strangers. It would be better if they provide lockers for the guests. But aside from that everything looks good.

Affordable, clean, cozy rooms”
The staffs are very accommodating and polite. They provide you warm blanket enough to deal the cold weather in Baguio. The shower heaters are also perfect, they cancel out the freezing water and makes it very comfortable for the visitors. The location is perfect because it's just in front on SM Baguio and just less than 5 minutes walk to Session Road. Also, the price is very reasonable for the experience.

Great staff. Good location. Average accommodation.”
I chose this hotel because it was relatively near victory liner plus it was really really cheap. I wouldn't recommend walking though if you're not used to it. What I loved the most was how they treat solo female travellers such as myself. I felt safe. All my requests were attended to immediately all the time. They were always respectful, courteous and made my stay even more comfortable with short conversations and jokes. I even chose to stay here again when I extended my stay in Baguio. I chose to stay in a dorm. My bed was comfortable. The toilet and cubicle for bathing could be cleaner though.

Ideal location ”
I stayed here with my boyfriend during our Baguio Trip. Facilities are limited but well maintained and the location of the hotel is very ideal. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location, not as comfortable”
Very bare bones but for the price and location, it's money well spent. Background: I'm what you'd stereotypically call a millennial traveller. Most of my trip to Baguio was exploring it; the only time I was ever in the hotel was to sleep and leech off the wifi. So I pretty much don't mind it being bare. What makes the place great is the location, which is just along the quieter side of Session Road. It's right beside Tsokolateria (which is amazing for breakfast!) and the Casa Vallejo complex. Cross the road, you're in SM Baguio. The Session Road spots are very accessible and walkable and the place is just a stone's throw from Kalye Luna. Definitely saved on taxi costs! As I said, it's very bare. They only provide you with towels. So bring toiletries, even tissue (I was quite shocked they didn't even have any)! Their pillows are not comfortable. Wifi could be a little faster and more widely spread out (had to stay closer to the door). Bathroom's quite small and water splashes around. Heater works fine though. Staff was accommodating enough--though I didn't interact much. The lobby and hallway was quaint, very homey feel. But I wish the rooms were consistent--they were quite sad to look at in the few times I was even awake in there. Oh, and they play music throughout the hotel, which can be quite annoying. Walls aren't that thick, so you might wake up to the noise of your fellow guests. Overall, this place could stand to be more comfortable (and provide tissue), but for the price I paid and the convenience of the location, I won't complain. Would I go back? Yes, I would!

Great Location; Acceptance”
Its name speaks for itself, yes, you need to get upstairs that lead to the inn and yet another set of stairs to get to your room. The best thing about this hotel is the location. From Victory Liner Terminal, it's 8 minute-walk or 3-4 minutes by taxi. The inn is inside the Girl Scout of the Philippines Building and along the Igorot Stairs and Barrio Fiesta. Also, it's 5 minute-walk away from SM City Baguio and the Session Road. We stayed in their Standard room with two single beds and Private bathroom. When we checked-in, the receptionist didn't gave us our room key, so we always have to ask the staff to open the door for us. The hot shower was erratic to busted. So, we used the smelly shared bathroom outside our room. Noise from the other rooms and at the hallway can be heard inside the room (and even from the rooms upstairs). However, the staff were friendly. This place is not recommended for people with disabilities.

Staff, Clean, Location is best”
This place is a haven for travellers. It has best wifi connection in any place of the hotel. As a business person, I find this place best since it gives you what you need, a place to sleep or rest and a place to take a bath, and you can connect to the world with its free wifi. Their staff don't stay in the front office to wait for requests because they work and check the dirty areas but when called (bell) they readily assist. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Ok for the price we paid”
If you don't mind paying a little bit more, I would not recommend you to stay in this hostel. However, if you are looking for a cheap place to spend a night, it's not too bad. Good location, staff is willing to help, but it's dirty (bed sheets and showers...), showers are cold which can be a problem in Baguio since it is not always warm outside. The dormitory "room" is a huge open space organized to fit maybe 40 persons, so if it is full, I guess it can be quite noisy.

There was no safe but nothing got stolen.”
There are two private rooms: in one the shower thermostat didn't work properly and the other private shower had no heat at all. The communal shower thermostats worked tho. It's also half way up the steep Igorot Stairs so coming or going you get a workout. I was alone and used the other bed for my suitcase. The room was barely larger than the two single beds, the casement windows do not close completely, and being on the backside of the building, the window is about three feet away from the restaurant that plays loud music until late, followed by long conversations of the wait staff in their quarters, sometimes all nite. No refrigerator, TV or AC, altho in Baguio AC is not needed. There is no attached restaurant. There shud be a NA category for food. For me, the attraction in Baguio is the climate; cool in the tropics.

Location and friendly staff”
Location is their best asset. They're centrally located, very near SM mall. However, we experienced a fluctuating temp for our shower heater. This should be fixed ASAP as it is important to have a shower heater if you are staying in Baguio.

Just wanted my sheet to be cleaner. Not bad ”
T'was fine. We just need an area to drop off all our bags and necessities. So if that's what your planning for, and your looking for an area w/ access to almost every best restos in Baguio then this one is among the list of choice. Although I'm not positive if where specifically can they park their cars, probably in front of the park

Cheap yet comfy”
Beds are comfy enough. Large windows but can open only small portion. Even though, it's still quite cold in Baguio. Our room's floor is not clean. Wear slippers or shoes. Never walk with your socks on or just bare feet, you'll get to clean the floor with your feet. 1 out of 3 showers in the shared bathroom are not working well. One with weak water coming out, one with defective heater. Staffs are attentive and friendly. We run out of bottled water when we asked for some though. Location is good, just a walking distance to SM Baguio and other restaurants.

It is only a few steps away from almost everywhere in places you have to visit in Baguio. A very ideal place for backpackers.
