Great value for money”
This is a new little hotel strategically located between the Hoi An bus station and old town. So it's a bit away from the crowd but still near enough that you can easily walk to old town within just a few minutes. And you'll also find plenty of reasonably priced (other than in old town!) eateries right next to the hotel or on your way to old town. The rooms are all new, tastefully decorated and there's everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And also the breakfast buffet is good and has quite a large selection for a hotel of this rather small/boutique size. The swimming pool on the roof top terrace is fabulous and very clean. You can also rent bicycles from the hotel for free. And also other amenities like the items in the mini bar or the hotel's laundry service are very fairly priced. So you can enjoy a little luxury here without it costing an arm and a leg. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Furniture is new and good quality. The location is near Pho Co Hoi An. Impressive point of this hotel is the staffs. The guys in the kitchen make so delicious dish Cao Lau , the ladies serving are always smiling and so helpful. The ladies at the reception helped us with everything and was also very friendly, she is very nice, hospitable and responsible. I will select Uptown Hoi An Hotel when I come back Hoi An.

A clean hotel with friendly staff”
Around 15min walk to the ancient town, a convenient store just nearby, bikes you can borrow to explore the other side of the city, nice bed and pillow, the BEST staff at your service. One day during breakfast we sat longer than usual, unaware that it has passed the service hours, however the staff just quietly wait aside without starting to cleanup the place, very respectful.

Basic hotel which has everything you need. Asian hotels are famous for having pictures which don't represent the real thing, but Uptown is more of less the same as the pictures. Their airport transfer cost 300,000 D which was cheaper than Grab. Lovely breakfast, and friendly staff.

We stayed here for 1 night everything is going well. The hotel it’s not too big I feel like at home especially staff was very nice and helpful The owner so lovely and kindness ;) The location not far from center it was very clean, comfortable, the room is big I really love the traditional lamp in the room and the price it’s not expensive if compared with the good service I’m sure if I have the chance to go to Hoi An again I would stay here easily and I will recommend this hotel to my friends who may want have a relax trip at Hoi An!! 💚

We chose this hotel for the location halfway between the old part of Hoi An and the beach. The hotel has free bikes you can borrow to go around. The room was nice and big, comfortable bed. The pool area on the roof was small but nice. Breakfast was nice and staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Hotel”
I highly recommend this property. Its location is only a ten minute walk to Old Town. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is ample. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Hoi An. Value: 5/5 Location: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 (they are awesome!)
