We stayed at Hotel Urban for just a night and enjoyed it. Aside from value for money, rooms are big and clean with balcony, staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given free breakfast and discount coupon even it’s not included in our booking. I highly recommend to book Hotel Urban Baguio!!

We stayed here for 3D2N as trio group and I got us a very cheap room. I read alot of bad comments but as soon as we stepped in our room, we were satisfied. We had a view with balcony room. And believe it or not, we only got our room for as much as the standard rate PER night in other hotels. And mind you that it's already for 3D2N for 3 pax! What a deal. Pros: Very fast wifi, clean room and bathroom. The heater is working and it's easy to use. Friendly staff. Cons: No slippers, and basic toiletries. The TV channels are limited, but we found out that there is a channel list and you just have to select/favorite channels of your choice and it will be available. Not all though. We asked for a room make up by hanging the sign in our door but unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned when we came back. We had to clean it ourselves but it's no biggie. Also, we had to walk for like 10-15 mins to go to downtown (Burnham park and session road). But you can always ride jeepneys/taxi.

Me and my boyfriend were celebrating our 4 yr anniversary in baguio city, and we decided to stay 4 days at Zen Urban Hotel. Everything was excellent! Hotel is near in Burnharm and night market,its just 5-10 mins walk. Or you can ride a taxi or jeepney outside the hotel. Staffs are accomodating. clean room, I got a nice view from the balcony. shower was very good, you can turn it from cold to hot, it works well. though toiletres and towels are upon request but thats fine, there is no free mineral water also when we came in. thats why we buy at the nearest store . but thats fine. All in all, everything was ok. You made our anniversary memorable, will reccomend you to my friends. and definitely will come back!! thanks

The hotel staffs are all accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected around 3am. It's our first time at Baguio so weren't sure if the hotel could accommodate us, thank you to the guy at front desk ,(sorry forgot the name) That you found a way for us to stay for atleast 3hrs. It's not a high end hotel but it's a nice and comfortable place to stay. The room is bigger than I expected, there's tv, ceiling fan, kettle, a coffee table, though, the first room the heater malfunctioned(ayaw uminit ) while the faucet was broken in the 2nd day(btw, I booked for another day) but you can still use it. :) Ok Lang sa Hindi masilan. 😁 And another plus factor is the safety and the location is nearby to market, 7 eleven and rides to and fro to the place where you wish to go. Or you can walk to burn some calories.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating.. Since we arrived early they allow us to leave our luggage in their storage for free. The rooms are clean. One of our room is very spacious while the other is not. They provide toiletries, towels, electric kettle and bottled water. Over all our experience with them is great.

Value for money. Not bad for a cheap price. You have two beds good for 3, fridge, electric kettle, bottled water and toiletries. Cable TV is not working that day, good thing their wifi is very good. Friendly staff. Very accessible from Baguio plaza. It's always good to consider the distance from the city, as most tourist spots are from one another. So being in the city center is a smart choice. Big room. Overall, I am satisfied with what I paid.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location was great it was near burnham park and session road. They offer buffet lunch for 230pesos. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were accommodating. My only issue was the wifi, it was very slow and close to nothing. Aside from that it was all great.

Neighbor noise”
The room is okay. We took a queen bed room but we were given a combined twin bed which splits when sleeping (you might end up waking up on the floor in between two beds of horror). But it’s all good all in all. We can also hear the neighbors talking which we did not feel having a private space. It felt as if we had eyes watching us as their voices echos through our room. The staff is good no complaints. 6/10 for Hotel Urban

Pros: Parking and Location Cons: No elevator, Rooms are not equipped with Fan or Aircon, Fan Appliances were limited. We didn't managed to get a Fan for this room but the only good thing was the weather was cold and we're only there to sleep.

The door of Room 305 is jammed from the inside, very difficult to open, door is stuck, the Zen cushion and the room has a musty smell, needs to aerate often or put a humidifier/ionizer, needs to wash the cushion as often as necessary

My expectation and its reality!”
When I arrive at the hotel I was ready to embrace the worst things that will happen during my stay for 2 nights because of its reviews. Yes, I did experience the showers not working out of a sudden (once), and when I put the sign, "Make-up the room" they didn't clean the room but it's okay because I leave it clean anyway. Even though I experience those things I really felt their hospitality especially the front desk staff. I am pretty sure will go back again to this hotel. Overall I will recommend this hotel for a short stay.
