    Satisfactory for the price paid”

    The room is large as this is an older building. Large bathroom. Public parking in front of the hotel. Hotel is off a main road. A restaurant, a coffee shop, a mamak shop and a fruit/provision shop in the same block. One of the twin beds might have had dust mites or bed bugs which bit me the first night, but the other bed was fine. I reported to the hotel staff which I hope they would look into.

    niceclean room in the middle of Kuantan city.”

    initially we do not have a high expectation for this but when looking at the review we thought it is worse trying to stay overnite. True to the reviews - the stay itself is a good value for money. Nice clean hotel, good location- quite neighbourhood in the middle of the city , water pressure was good ( surprisingly the instant hot water shower works ), airconditioning functions flawlessly, mattress was sufficiently firm. The only cons is the parking space - if you happen to arrive daytime it might be challenging to find parking close to the hotel. i was lucky - checked in late at night.

    Okay for just for very short layover. Room dirty. Found more than 3 cockroaches. Toilet is malfunction due to water level not rise. Cannot flush. Have to fill water manually. Water got rust

    Sorry for any inconvenience. That day when you checked out, you mention that your room toilet bowl not functioning . We have double check the toilet after that, we found out that the water input valve which beside the toilet bowl is closed. Do not hesitate to contact reception counter when there have any problem in the room. We will try fix it up. Have a nice day😀
