The photos on the site are fantastic. They would make people believe that they redecorated an older home. But that is not the case. This location housed a laundrymat. While the price was cheap the photos do not reflect what you get. Also the location is quite difficult by foot. D1,D3 or D7 would be better places where one could get around easier.

The room was very, very good value, maybe the best for this price in HCMC. Clean, comfortable, quiet and in the middle of a lovely local street with fantastic street food and plenty of coffee shops. Walking distance or a quick grab to D1 and the manager Mr Hoang was very responsive and helpful when I had questions or needed information. I liked it so much I will stay there again next month :)

* Typical HCMC housing area with walks into alley to location, it's excellent if one is not carrying too much things. * Room is good for those who are sensitive to noise, it's pleasant and quiet at night/day. Good facilities like hot water kettle and washing machine provided. We enjoyed the sunny balcony too. * Would come and stay again if in HCMC. [AC is a bit loud, in need of service, otherwise is great.]

Jamais vu le loueur contact uniquement via messagerie Agoda. Heureusement qu’il y avait un autre locataire pour le premier contact avec le loueur. Sinon, très réactif sur toutes mes demandes.
