The best Newer Hotel for the money you will ever pay in Davao City!”
Stayed at this hotel because of the recommendation by the soon to be and now, bride. Not only us, but much of the wedding party stayed at this hotel too. Not been in a hotel this new and spacious inside for such a low price. There is a large atrium/courtyard inside the center of this hotel with a fish pond. It was taken advantage of by the wedding party for pictures. We stayed on the first floor. The room size was large and the air conditioner was new. The air temperature could be controlled very well to our comfort. The staff are very attentive and will help you if asked. About the location, this is a few steps from a "cafe" and, most import, a laundry service and machine business! The best amenity of this hotel would be located so close to a laundry service business! We stayed 6 days and must have used it 3 times! Up the block and past the traffic light on the right is a 24 hour general store with a drug store inside! Malls are within a 70 PHP Taxi ride.

Great Amenities for the Price!”
This was my first visit to Davao, and luckily enough I found this hotel that was providing amenities that were perfect for my stay. I can go on and write a long review about this. But take it from me, the stay here was wonderful. It was simple at best. The bathroom was well kept, and the air conditioning was perfect! Highly reccommended for solo or a couple that is traveling together.

Good Location, Slow Wifi”
Location was great. Can walk to Abreeza Mall from the hotel (about 10-15mins walk). My only concern is their wifi that doesn’t work inside the room. But overall, I had a great stay.

Dissapointed”
It was my 2nd time. The 1st time was amazing, i could tick 5 stars in all aspect. My 2nd was full of disappointment. I booked online a matrimonial room w/ wifi and bfast. When i arrrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a bland staff. She seems unhappy with her shift. It was fine to me. I got to my matrimonial room only to find that they gave me a room with 2 single beds, apart with each other. The cost of twin beds are below 1k yet I paid 1.3k for my matrimonial bed. I called the lobby only to be said as, “im sorry but we only follow what was booked online”.. My app said matrimonial room. At that point, I was so very disappointed. This could be my fave hotel! I know we all have a policy but we are guests, we paid for our comfort. I hope she could have offered me solution, or a transfer. I am reasonable enough to understand the hassle but her decision was final. “Deal with it!”

Zen Inspired Hotel”
At first you don't a any clue at all what to expect from this hotel except for its name Urban Zen. But one you got in especially in the lobby, you will feel the relaxing aura of the place. It has the vibe of modern zen with its architecture and the koi pond. I had no complain with the staff. They assist and answer any queries. Location is near to the malls and accessible to any place of interest in the city esp. in the uptown part. Bathroom amenities ok with hot and cold shower. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

I and my partner stayed for a night only. We got the matrimonial bed since there was a good offer for the room. Matrimonial rooms are regularly priced at around Php 1500+ but we got to book it for only Php 1100. A very good deal. The staff were friendly during our stay. The bathroom was clean and hot and cold shower was available. The location is very strategic since it is located near shopping malls and city centers. We haven't experienced ordering their food since we ate at a local resto outside the hotel. If you are in the city for business purposes, you may need to bring your own wifi device since the wifi is only available at the lobby. Also, phone signals are somewhat low on our room. Having said that, I still recommend the place if you are on a budget and want a clean and peaceful place to stay.

For my 11 days stayed here i fell really home stuff are so nice and smiley. The guard are so friendly all of them, they let me fell so comfortable and they are so considerate :) i love to stay here next time of my visit. Very eco friendly hotel”
Upon late arrival at the hotel, the sound of the flowing water from the mini pond with huge koi fishes welcomed us. It was so relaxing. The hotel staffs were so accommodating, assisted us as soon as we stepped out the cab. Kulang na lng red carpet pagwelcome samin. As an eco friendly hotel, as expected, they do not have elevators, we were forced to go up to the 3rd floor where our room was located. But its okay, just seeing the writings on the wall beside the stairs saying how beneficial using the stairs are, it will surely make you want to climb the stairs than take the elevators. Haha. Location wise, i think it is convenient. Aside from there is a massage place just across the street which you can visit after a tiring day of gala, there is also a cute and fancy resto outside the hotel. Aside from the rainwater which went inside our room from the window because it was raining so hard on the night of our stay, everything’s perfect!
