Got a great deal with Urban Manor Hotel, Roxas City via Agoda. That's Php 1,974.66 per pax (2 pax) for 3 nights (Superior room with twin bed w/o breakfast). The room is very spacious, air conditioned, with 2 single beds, cable TV and fast wifi connection. The room as well as the CR is very clean. They provide towels, shampoo, soap and tissue. The location is perfect, walking distance to Robinsons Place Roxas. From the airport, you can ride a tricycle (Php 120.00), though maybe you can get a lower fare (Php 50.00) if you walk outside the airport premises (highway). If you want to visit Baybay for seafoods, trike fare is Php 50.00. Also if you are planning to visit Gigantes Island, the Ceres Bus Terminal is just few steps away (for early trips 4:00-7:00am; bus bound for Estancia, just get off at Balasan.) If you're heading to Iloilo (late in the morning-night) , you can reach the Ceres Bus Terminal (Pueblo) Php10.00/pax. We were very satisfied! Urban Manor Hotel, for the win! :)

Nice stay”
We had a good and nice stay in your hotel. Staff were friendly. Most of the time kuya guard was able to open the entrance door for us (Im with 2 seniors), the kuya bartender/kitchen/resto attendant was super nice and friendly, receptionist was nice too. The only thing that we had issue with is the card to our door, it doesn't work everytime. First day it work well but the second day it seems like the card was deactivated, that is why we needed to go down to ask for help.

Perfect location”
It was an amazing experience staying in Roxas City. The hotel is located in the city area. It is accessible to the tourist places and shopping area. The staffs are nice but the restaurant isn't available for 24 hours. The hotel room is comfortable and clean. It was an awesome experience. More power to the management.

This hotel is located near Robinson's Place and the terminal that's why it's very convenient. The staff are superb! From the time you step in front of the hotel they are very attentive and helpful in assisting you. They have this Lounge downstairs where you can have a homey meal at an affordable price.

With limited hotels to choose from Roxas this one is a so so, very close to robinsons, just 4 mins drive. Beds are so small, nobody assisted us with the luggages and no staff on guard during the night.

There are ants in the bed”
There are small red ants in the bed and i killed them all. You have to pay for extra pillows on daily basis plus the hair blower as well. Otherwise it is ok to stay for few nights and close to Robinson’s place

The hotel itself is good, situated in a peaceful environment, but duringnour stay we we're disappointed due to water supply, we we're not able to take a bath due to rusty water that comes out of the faucet, we had to use bottled purified water to btush our teeth

No wifi at the room and room is a bit dark and gloomy”
Location is okay but there's no wifi inside the room. The room is a bit dark and there was a small cockroach at the toilet when I arrived the room. They also denied to avail my Pwd discount. Food is just okay.

Not worth the price”
No food available, charge for extra marress is so high, tv remote control is defective, no hot water, and bathroom sink is leaking. All these hassle for 2,600+ worth of overnight stay! We will never go back to this place.

Bad Experience”
Air conditioning was poor, had to sleep naked. Experienced brown out in wee hours of the morning, power generator not automatically turned on. Arranged for extension and i am willing to pay for additional P100.00 per hour extension since my flight is still at 5:00pm. After my meeting outside at 3:00pm, my things inside the room were pulled out already, a room boy was cleaning my room already, disrespecting an early arrangement for late check out.

It’s nice to see that front desk welcome their guest with the smile and assist them...but in urban manor hotel not like that! They ask your Id and gave you a room card key...then they don’t care!

My stay there was a disappointment”
The only good thing about the place was the security guard who tried his best to cope with the hotel's shortcomings. Seems like the owner/manager has abandoned the place. Heater shower not working. Toilet was not clean with spider webs and all. Requests for staff assistance take forever to be catered.

I will not go to this Hotel, i had an inconvenience of staying here due to water was rusty and dirty, tv is not working. Only good thing is that the Hotel is in good location, staff were nice.

A very nice Hotel with kind and caring staff”
My husband and I truly enjoyed the warmth and ambiance of our stay at Urban Manor Hotel in Roxas City. It's clean and the food served at their very cozy restaurant is also very affordable. I have a wonderful time and if ever I will go back to Roxas City, i will still book for this hotel.

Great Hotel and Friendly Staff”
urban manor hotel is a new roxas city hotel. clean rooms, friendly staffs and a nice simple breakfast will surely make your stay enjoyable. hotel is located off-city center, but getting a tricycle for a quick 5-min ride to the city center is very convenient. it is, however, just a walking distance (1-2 mins walk) from the provincial bus and van terminals (to kalibo, iloilo, etc).
