Great value accommodation for families”
Our apartment was lovely - great views and room for us and two kids. Located near the free tram loop and walking distance to great coffee/breakfast (Flinders Lane) and not too far from good restaurant choices (Hardware Lane). Truly reasonable price for what it gave us. Booked our car into carpark provided by apartments (very reasonable at $20 per day) - just had to ring them and wait in rear laneway to be swiped in. Minimum inconvenience for secure and cheap parking. Recommend it to families looking to experience Melbourne.

Well Done Urban”
I have stayed at these apartments a few times now with AOM ..however as Urban were offering a much friendlier price than AOM , I decided to give them a try Room was comfortable and cosy on the 20th floor , decent view also . and spotlessly clean Probably the only thing not as great were the small bathroom essentials like body wash , conditioner etc , which are generally suitable for one night in a Hotel ..not 6 nights in an Apartment . Yes , you can call for more , but on holiday , relaxing who wants to be bothered with that ? ..so I bought my own Special mention to the young Lady and Gentleman checking me in and out , they were both very charming and polite and a credit to the Owner and his Business ..I hope he looks after them well !! ..they deserve it !!

Superb stay”
The location, the apartment, and its staffs really made our stay in Melbourne memorable. Everything is practically so convenient, ie the Southern Cross Station is just next door, tram is at the door step, variety of food outlets (including halal) are nearby. We have nothing to complain. My thanks to YY who helped us a great deal, and also to Franco.

Excellent location where airasia sky bus station just 10min walk away. And also short distance to coles supermarket for grocery shopping. Everything is just so convenient. And the host andy is very friendly and helpful. Excellent apartment which I will recommend all my friends who visit Melbourne

It's located close to Southern Cross Station, when you arrive Melbourne ,it's a good choice to stay. There is a tram station outside the building. But the acception counter is on 14th floor, you should call them and they will guide you.(If you can't use the phone, there is a intercom outside the back gate and you can dial 1410 to contact the counter) I would like to stay next time.

Good location and great amenities. The host made the check in process very simple and was very helpful. The only negative I had was with the noise, I read a few other reviews that mentioned creaks and groans from the building but thought nothing of it. When the wind started to pick up I was amazed. The rooms make ALOT of noise that made sleeping really quite difficult. I would stay here again, but perhaps on a lower floor that isn't so open to the high winds in Melbourne (and with some earplugs).

This apartment was nice to stay in and was very modern and renovated However, we only received fresh towels once in 6 days, and housekeeping did not come at all, not even to empty the bins - this was very disappointing. It is little things like this that would make me consider a different accommodation for my next trip to Melbourne. Also, we were required to pay an extra $20.00 to check-in after 10:30pm, even though reception is 24 hours. We were meant to check in by 8:30pm, although our flight was delayed by 2 hours and upon arriving in Melbourne, we waited 45 minutes to collect our baggage. I asked the man why we needed to pay the extra amount when everything was out of our control and the airport was extremely inefficient. He told us that it was company policy, and this only contributed to our stress that night. I still don't understand why we had to pay someone to come down and give us the keys when they work throughout the night anyway.

Modern well appointed apartments. Spacious and well designed. Very quiet. Immaculately clean. Even extra blankets and quilt were crisp and fresh. Everything provided including toothbrush and slippers. Seperate reverse cycle airconditing very effective. Great location very central close to all transport. Friendly professional staff, let luggage services offered. Great value highly recommended.

I booked the apartment many months ago and since then there has been many negative reviews on the apartment so I was but worried since I was travelling with young kids. However it seems that they have taken many for the feedback and improved on their services. Check in is bit strange as reception is on level 14 so the easiest I found was to call them to show you where it is when you arrive. I found the apartment is quite big for the price and good value. I do find that only having 1 key was inconvenient and you have to make sure you lock your door when you leave. I would stay with them again as the location and apartment was good however I probably wouldn't recommend my parents/in laws to stay there as it is bit confusing and check in/check out time is restricted.

Value for money one-bedder apartment conveniently located”
This is a value-for-money one-bedroom apartment that is centrally located, just 200m from the Southern Cross Station, and walking distance to eating and shopping places, as well as the free tram service. The apartment itself was very clean, new, and functional and had everything we needed -- washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, kettle, towels, toilet paper and small toiletries. My only issue was the place is not labelled, so you'll really need to depend on the instructions of the building manager to find it, and you'll have to wait at the lobby for someone to receive you. We were early and someone took our luggage up first (which was a bit unnerving); when we came back later, I called again and the person said he would check if our room was ready, but he didn't get back to us -- thankfully the same person who took our luggage happened to come down and helped us. I think the check-in process could be smoother.

A nice apartment without real reception on the first floor”
We ordered two-night in this apartment. Most of the things are good, like location, clean room, and staff. But, there is no real reception center on the ground floor. So, it's hard for us to contact apartment staff when we arrived.(due to another two apartments' reception center on the ground floor) And the check-out method let us a little concern.(because of just putting the key in the room) Besides, if you want your luggage temporality store in the hotel, you also can't see where the luggage is put.Besides, there is no phone in the room, so you can't contact staff by phone directly. Based on above message, we leave this apartment after check-in. After that, we called Agoda discussing one-night refund. But, Agoda server told us that the apartment manager can't refund one-night money based on their refund policy even we just enter one-hour and want pay one-night money. So we paid two-night moeny for this experience.

The apartment is in a good location in the town center, and very close to services and public transport. The unit I stayed is fully equipped and well maintained. I felt at home. It is really worth the money if a family or 2-3 friends travel together. With a single room hotel rate, the 2-br apartment can well accommodate 3-4 people!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Place was clean, facilities were great and the location was fantastic!! The bed was extremely comfortable and lovely soft sheets. We came here to watch the West Coast Eagles and Marvel Stadium was just over the road as was Southern Cross Station and Spencer Street Outlet & the Free Tram. Close to Crown Casino and the CBD. Woolworths & Coles very close and lots of great places nearby to dine. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again 😊

Great little getaway”
It was awesome overall price, location and view to the city and parking over night of $20 which is standard. The only thing was because it's a service apartment, you do need to allowed time to check in and out as there's no office. Staff is very helpful.

Apartment that has everything, even a washer & dryer with washing powder!”
We really enjoyed our stay because the apartment was so conveniently located right across Southern Cross station and within the free tram zone! The apartment had basic cooking utensils, a washer, dryer and even washing powder which we used happily~ the staff were really friendly as well! I highly recommend this place :)

Good apartment but met down by a few things ”
Pros: modern apartment on Collins Street, so very central and right beside the tram stop. Good range of pots, utensils etc Cons: the apartment was serviced only once in the week we were there (to replenish the toiletries as much as anything). The arrangement in the bathroom between very small basin and medicine cabinet made it virtually impossible to wet shave without banging your head. Poorly lit, a combination of the dark film on the windows and a meagre selection of ceiling lights, making it rather characterless Cheap fit out eg furnishings (only one small 2 seater to sit on) Compared to the apartment in downtown Sydney I stayed in the previous week, this wasn't great. 6/10 overall
