I always love staying at Urban park as it’s perfectly located, across from my favorite restaurant- Old town Italy. I love the apartment as you have the kitchenette, Has a desk you can work on and a seating area to read or watch TV should you wish. sadly this time round nothing worked, on arrival the door didn’t open and they sent maintenance out - it was as if they knew the door was faulty! I was on my way down to check if my key card was faulty and a gentleman asked me if I was going back down - he kindly let me in so long and sent maintenance up to fix the door. Beds has one pillow, no towel ‘’mat’ or hand towels - 1 towel. Beautiful little kitchenette- but the microwave didn’t work and after moving plugs around I managed to get the kettle working. Due to finishing late I grabbed a quick reheat meal and no cutlery in the room. In general my stats have always been really great - I got the feeling that due to the great deal I got through Agoda, I was maybe stuck in Urban parks faulty room. Stay was super quick, didn’t feel the need to complain to the hotel. Even though this stay was a little disappointed, I will most certainly stay again

The place was as described on the site. The staff was lovely and checking in process was simple. There were missing items, a small replacement but unfortunately this was overlooked. We only had 1 butter knife, 1 saucer, 1 glass etc. The apartment is self catering but we did not have a pan, knife, dishwashing liquid, sponge etc. the channels are decent but they could add a movie channel. The sheets had marks/stains, the pots and dishes were not clean and the remote did not work (we had to buy batteries ourselves). There were roaches as well in the kitchen.

Booked misty last year feb 2020.. was very happy with my stay.. went back june 2021 and was quite disappointed.. room was dirty, lift not working...bar/ restaurant was closed... I'm sure the pandemic is to blame for majority of these things but the bedding having multiple stains and balcony full of cigarettes butts and dust was unacceptable.. do better please..

The Little Things”
We were a bit disappointed with our stay for the following reasons: When we arrived, there were no towels in our room. We had to ask twice before we received them and when they came, one of them had holes in it. On the final morning, the water temperature and pressure completely dropped out and our bath had no stopper which meant having to take very cold sink showers. Our room phone served no purpose as none of our calls to reception were answered and it didn't ring for any incoming calls. And lastly, while it is understandable that, under lockdown level 1, not all the facilities were yet operational again, nothing was accessible during our stay there. We were particularly disappointed to find out that the spa was not functional - not due to COVID restrictions but that it had never been operational. Having access to a spa was a major deciding factor for us staying here. Please ensure you advertise facilities that are indeed available to be used and enjoyed by guests. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and does look like the photos suggest, it was just the little things mentioned above that contributed to what was ultimately a disappointing stay.

The first room that we were given was absolutely disgusting. Due to COVID-19 the hotel was short staffed, but that’s still no excuse for filth. Our patio was not cleaned, there were papers and cigarette stumps thrown all over, the table and chairs were brown with dirt. They could not even clean it because they lost the key and asked us if it would be ok if we just didn’t use the patio. There was bubblegum stuck on the headboard, tampon wrapping thrown in the corridors. Eventually my husband said to the manager that we need another room, we were given another room and so we were very thankful for that.
