"This was our first visit to Okinawa and after staying at Ansa resort we never wanted to leave...from the excellent and pleasant staff to the best GM to run this spectacular resort we had the best time while staying there, especially when the weather was cold or rainy there was always something to do indoors as the amenities of the resort featured sauna, hot/cold tub, fitness and the second to none karaoke room! The resort also features outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts but both were closed due to the bad weather. The resort is located on top of the hill (which offers amazing views of the island) but I'd recommend everyone to rent a car to be able to move around with ease. We'll definitely stay at the resort again next time we travel to Okinawa!"

"The service apartment is clean and nice. The room is affordable and look like how a Japanese house will look like. It has washing machine, bathtub, kitchen stove and essential stuffs like febreeze, shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste/toothbrush set. We have a lovely stay compare to all other accommodation in Okinawa. The only thing is that the receptionist know little English. Better to prepare translator."

"We arrived with early check-in (1400) and the staff helped bring our luggage to our room. When we checked-in we found out that breakfast is only included in the price for one person, breakfast costs ¥1,000 per guest not included in the hotel price (children are free). Something I didnt like was how uncomfortable the beds were, they were similar to sleeping on the floor with a small bit of padding...ironically the trundle beds (under the real beds) were more comfortable (by a little). The pool was not in service because it was off season, but the sauna/hot tub was open at 1500. Note that the sauna/hot tubs area are not co-Ed, they are separated for Men and Women on each side. Also the private beach owned by the hotel is closed due to corrosion/dangerous conditions, but you can get a free pass from the hotel to go the beach down the road, Ikei Beach. Something to note about the cottage-style rooms, it didn't look like they had private pools, but we didn't stay in one of those rooms, so I'm not sure if there are pools (or hot tubs) inside. I would ask the hotel about that before booking if you are interested in the room for the private pool. Overall the experience was wonderful and we truly enjoyed how family friendly the hotel was, the park, and petting zoo on the property was so fun for our 2 year old. "
