Always stay rhere”
Have stayed a V'la heritage probably a dozen times. Good location and value for the money. All the rooms are different, so if you don't like one room, consider switching to another. The only downside is the thumping base from nearby bars which can be heard from most rooms until after 2am, so bring some ear plugs, but this can be true for many of the hotels in the Bukit Bintang area.

More than you can ask from a budget hotel”
I had an awesome experience staying at V'la Heritage Hotel. It is a brand new hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Times Square is within walking distance and there are many stalls and shops on the way. There is a 7eleven and a convenient store as well as some local restaurants within walking distance which is quite convenient. The hotel is situated at Changkat , making it an awesome location for people who enjoy the nightlife (like me). Fancy bars and Clubs are just a couple minutes away. I had a great time and i highly recommend this hotel.

AMAZING Stay for a budget hotel! 5 Stars”
I cannot stress it enough when I say that V'la Heritage is the best budget hotel I have stayed in in KL! I am a frequent business traveller from Hong Kong. And most of my meetings are here in KL. Previously, I have altered stayed between 1915, Prescott Inn and Radius International and I thought, why not give this V'la a chance and I do not regret it at all. Superb location smack in Changkat, near the excitements of night life. Amazing cozy beds and friendly staff. It is walking distance to almost everywhere (if you enjoy walking), otherwise the nearest train station (LRT? ) is a few minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel. Kudos V'la!

Quality accommodation for shoe string budgets”
Me and the missus was travelling on a shoe string budget, therefore considering that our planned itinerary were packed and we will be basically only spending our time at the hotel only for showers and sleeping, our major concern would be a clean living space and a central location that would be near to the public transportation. We had spent a few nights during our previous trip at the hotel's older sister, V'la Garden Hotel in Jalan Pudu and was somewhat satisfied with the accommodation and service provided. So decided to try and stay at their newer establishment. The room was clean, the staff was courteous and the location was great. Although the next street is filled with pubs and clubs, the noise did not intrude into our room. Mind you that we stayed there during the Halloween weekend. The surrounding streets are filled with street food vendors (Jalan Alor) and other new chic cafes & bistros. Considering the price we paid, it is a definite value for money accommodation.

Its was lovely place to live here. It was amazing wonderful. I have passed my one of golden days in there. Staff was great such a kind peoples. Jahangir was a great person what ever i need in hotel or any kind of info he provided me. He is my good friend now we spend a good time together. Jahangir helps me alot in hotel. He provided me canvaious to visit kuala lumpur. He guide me to go some places. Also he got promise from me to come back again and live with us in our hotel. Thank you so much jahangir and other hotels members to helping me and make my trip memorable. Inshallah I will come back soon. Thanks once again Jahangir you are very nice honest and kind person. I miss you bro take care. We will meet Inshallah in this year again.

location is ok”
This was my third time staying at V'la Heritage Hotel. I chose this hotel because of the location and value for money. I was satisfied with their services on my 2 previous stay there. But on my third stay, I noticed that their services deteriorated. There was buffet breakfast before, and they no longer have it now. Customers will only be given 3 choices from their menu and will give it to you after you asked for it.

Cheap hotel close to everything”
It was a little bit hard to find but the taxi driver tried his best and ended up outside another V'la hotel.After going down a one way street the wrong way we found it. Apart from that the hotel was great and newly renovated.The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the be comfortable. Breakfast was quite basic but nice enough.The coffee was delicious. Within 1-2 blocks there are heaps of nightclubs and bars/restaurants.This is the nightlife centre of kl. It is a 10 minute walk to all the shopping your heart could desire,from budget to high end. Not far to the monorail which can take you everywhere in kl because it links with the other rail systems.Also many buses nearby.

Surprisingly good”
WE booked this hotel because of it's location, close to the nightlife in Changkrat, Bukit Bintang. After reading reviews on another site, we were concerned that we might have made a grave mistake. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We had trouble finding the hotel as Google Maps didn't get it quite right but we eventually found it. Parking in the area is difficult but we were lucky to arrive as a car pulled out right outside the door. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the rooms we were given were both clean and the beds were comfortable. I personally don't like the wet bathroom shower arrangement but that wasn't a big deal. There IS noise from the bars behind the hotel but I didn't have trouble getting to sleep. The breakfast was OK; simple but enough and served in the courtyard in front of the hotel. All in all we were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again.

Value for Money, Very Good Staff, Nice location”
Very good staff specially Jahangir, Sasa , they are very much cooperative & always attentive , In house keeping , Rahim & Lamim , both are very nice in their own work, One can visit this hotel especially for the staff hospitality . I have cancelled & paid the 17$ for one night charge for cancellation of Sims Boutique Hotel for staying once again in V'la heritage hotel only for Jahangeer.Thanks to all of them & Agoda

The hotel was worth every penny.”
The hotel is strategically located in Bukit Bintang. Although there are bars/pubs situated next to the hotel but the music from our room is very subtle thus you can definitely sleep like a baby. The water is strong and having a hot shower is not a problem (unlike other hotels where you need to wait for a few minutes before the hot shower goes on). The only downside experience that I had with this hotel is I cannot connect to the wifi either on phone or tablet and cable channels is limited, like there are only 7 channels and only star sports is the only international channel that you can watch. But overall I had a great experience with this hotel and would definitely come back.

This was a real find. Located just 1 block off of Changkat and a lively night life, the V La Heritage was ideal for my one week stay. The staff was very helpful. They did my laundry, made recommendations, had a nice little breakfast offering, and a leisurely veranda to sit and type away on my computer. I would recommend this hotel. Usually hotels in this price range have problems. This one did not. Everything was great and the people who worked there were very accommodating. I will return.

the price and location is very good, you can take a walk to KLCC, bukit bintang, etc. but it will be noisy in the night especially on Friday or Saturday because the hotel is near clubs at jl. changkat. but if you are a deep sleeper, it does not matter anymore. nice staying here

I was looking for a place to put my head to rest while waiting for my AM appointment, in short, my experience with the booking was fast, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Checkin process is very quick and I extremely like the cleanliness in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant stay and I was able to meet my commitment the next day feeling refreshed. Good staff, Nice Location, Memorable stay”
Good staff , Nice Location, Value for Money, Hotel is located in heart of Bukit Bintang, In front office a, boy is working name Jahangeer is a gem of a guy, very caring since morning till night, for him we came to this hotel twice within a span of 10 days & stayed over 5 days, we have cancelled the booking in other hotel, very nice guy & he became 1 of our family member now, In morning , a girl is working named Sasa , very much cooperative & all the time both of them have smiling on face & try to attend the guest. In house keeping a boy name , Rahim always attentive & want to help you, in evening a boy name lamim , who is also very much attentive . Thanks to all of them for making our visit very memorable. I promise that I will come very soon once again specially for Jahangeer & to see Sasa, Rahim & Lamim, Thanks to Agoda.

Incredibly clean budget hotel”
Very nice stay. The proprietor's wife is an absolute clean freak, which is not a bad thing in a hotel manager. She wouldn't lend me a nail clipper for a torn fingernail because she was afraid it might be unhygienic! There was some noise from neighboring nightclubs and construction, which is unavoidable in this neighborhood. People come to Bukit Bintang specifically for the street hawkers and night market and clubs and the generally lively atmosphere, which means it's not a quiet neighborhood but the hotel is certainly not to blame for this.

Poor service - unfriendly staff but fine location ”
The hotel had a good location. We were upgraded from a partner hotel and decided to stay another night at V'la Heritage Hotel. Unfortunately the staff was incredibly unfriendly and we felt very much as if we were an in-convince to them. Though it was a new hotel, it was a bad experience and new staff is not an excuse. We liked the location, but we felt that we had to leave and felt unwanted. We know that other people felt the same way.
