good option nearby changkat night life just backside”
There was water problem in KL that affected the hotel water supplies as they were not well prepared with advance storage. Had to suffer 2 days for water shortage & my room got no water at all for 2 days butthey helped me to shift to another room.
After check-in, the room is not clean.. i ask the staff to clean it before i return back.. night day, the room still not clean as i request.. simple request and yet they still can do it, bad
has good wifi and AC (takes about 5 min to get going). Location is amazing and price is very cheap so you get what you pay for. if you need to be in bukit bintang and only using the hotel for sleeping the this is a good spot
I don’t recommend it. Had Terrible experience in it.”
The room was very dirty. The bathroom was broke . There were a lot Cockroaches in the room . The room location wasn’t good at all because it was near the Lobby TV and people were chatting till more than 3 am. So, I had to leave as soon as possible and I will never ever go back to it again.
Nice quiet hotel in the middle of the party area”
Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself - I was expecting something a bit more dingy but it was actually quite alright. The showers are oddly laid-out but that's pretty much the only bad thing I can say about it. The staff were helpful (but can be quite noisy in the morning - they should talk less loud - but they sounded happy anyway). The location is excellent. Price is good value for what you get. Would definitely stay here again.
location is ok”
This was my third time staying at V'la Heritage Hotel. I chose this hotel because of the location and value for money. I was satisfied with their services on my 2 previous stay there. But on my third stay, I noticed that their services deteriorated. There was buffet breakfast before, and they no longer have it now. Customers will only be given 3 choices from their menu and will give it to you after you asked for it.
With the new wifi installation which provided connection in the room made it even more pleasant yo stay here. however this hotel has many different rooms and I do not know if the connection reach them all. Maybe the next improvement could be the TV as there is hardly a clear channel. For me this place feel as coming home.
perfect situated in heart of bukit bintang”
we always return to this place because of its location. But during the weekends it could be sometimes a little noisy outside as it is close to the outgoing area. Nearby all kinds of small and large restaurants as well as the nightmarked (food outside). Shoppingcentra and monorail.
Great Staff. Great Location. Great Price.”
This was a real find. Located just 1 block off of Changkat and a lively night life, the V La Heritage was ideal for my one week stay. The staff was very helpful. They did my laundry, made recommendations, had a nice little breakfast offering, and a leisurely veranda to sit and type away on my computer. I would recommend this hotel. Usually hotels in this price range have problems. This one did not. Everything was great and the people who worked there were very accommodating. I will return.
Friendly Service & Cosy Hideout”
We had a big group of 14 so it was a little hectic at the beginning. However, the reception is very friendly and helpful. It's great for individual Travellers looking for a convenient spot in town yet affordable while comfortable place.
Always stay rhere”
Have stayed a V'la heritage probably a dozen times. Good location and value for the money. All the rooms are different, so if you don't like one room, consider switching to another. The only downside is the thumping base from nearby bars which can be heard from most rooms until after 2am, so bring some ear plugs, but this can be true for many of the hotels in the Bukit Bintang area.
Cheap hotel close to everything”
It was a little bit hard to find but the taxi driver tried his best and ended up outside another V'la hotel. After going down a one way street the wrong way we found it. Apart from that the hotel was great and newly renovated. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the be comfortable. Breakfast was quite basic but nice enough. The coffee was delicious. Within 1-2 blocks there are heaps of nightclubs and bars/restaurants.This is the nightlife centre of kl. It is a 10 minute walk to all the shopping your heart could desire, from budget to high end. Not far to the monorail which can take you everywhere in kl because it links with the other rail systems. Also many buses nearby.
Very central! Food and pubs!”
centrally located behind Changkat Bukit Bingtang, the bar street in KL, literally within 50m. Food Street Jalan Alor is another 200m away. There are also shopping malls around, and Metro station is around the corner. Very convenient. However, try not to take the room nearest to the lobby (102), it is quite noisy in the morning when people go in and out.
i won't recommend this hostel to my friend, room facilities old & not in good condition.Bed not clean, air con leaking,no parking,if you parking your car outside of the hostel, you might take risk of getting a summon from dbkl.We even cant sleep well at night due to this hotel just behind the pub street. Please think twice before you book this hostel.
Car park problem, the staff that worked at night session tell us that can parked beside there, however on the next morning i received saman from police. I had talked to the staff who worked on the morning session, he claimed that he couldnt do anything. The hotel staff on the night session should remind that there is risk on parking beside. Overall was ok for staying one night. Due to the parking, i will reconsider to stay back this hotel.
Bed had bugs... ”
Woke up with bug-bitten sores all over. Very disappointing stay.
staff was friendly
location was wrong. it was housing area in next block. unable to reach with phone call. had to use google map to guide location.unexpected extra charges on the spot. rm 10 service and 6% gst. iirc i booked twin. gave queen.
rats and mold smell sums it up.”
pros: location. cons: RATS can be heard in the ceiling scratching, squealing and fighting day and night (as I write this, they can be heard). room smells of mold, no cleaning of rooms or any fresh towels. paint peeling off walls. breakfast orange juice very watered down. poor tv reception. observation: i had to pay an extra 10myr/night for tax. Even for a budget traveller, I'd stay away from this place as I'm sure you can find something better for the same price. Would never stay here again, ever!
