My suggestion is to put at least a hot water dispenser at each floor, since there is no water kettle in each room, i need to go down the stairs to the lobby just to get hot water for my coffee, kindly consider my humble suggestion

The location is strategic. Ample parking space and they have 24hours cafe below the motel. The room is quite spacious and bed is also comfortable. Overall just nice.

Cleaniness and air ventilation problem”
Upon check in, the toilet floor mat was wet. No windows and ventilator not function caused odor and high humidity in room. floor is dirty, basin tap was blocked, toilet paper roll empty. Some staff is friendly but another staff is rude when we asked for extra pillow and she wanna charged us for the extra pillow.
