Everything was just too GOOD”
This was the best experience i had in Hanoi & Halong bay. The stuff response to my request very fast, and give immediate assistant whenever i need, even before i reach Hanoi & Halong bay, they also willing to give all necessary & information for me. The V'spirit tour guide pick me from the hotel in Hanoi, and along the journey, they give all required information to us. The tour guide is very friendly and helpful for all request. On the cruise, i was very surprise and satisfied with the room condition. Room was very comfortable and clean. You don't face any issue with air conditional and water heater even on the cruise. The food is another impressive thing for me, i would give 5 star for the food, it was delicious and finger licking good. Most of all, Halong bay itself is the main character. It was so beautiful and fascinating that i will definitely coming here again. If you looking for a middle range pricing cruise in Halong Bay, i will definitely recommend V'Spirit as you top choice.

Had a great time with V'Spirit!”
From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Hanoi we were treated like royalty on our 2 night/3 day V'Spirit Cruise in Ha Long Bay. The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to help you with whatever need may arise. The boat is beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The top deck is a great place to relax and take in the views of the stunning Bay. The staff went out of their way to entertain us and make sure we had a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this trip if you are looking for a bit of luxury and a special experience while you are in Ha Long Bay!

Fantastic cruise, food could be better”
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 day/1 night cruise with V'Spirit. You have to accept the fact that there are many boats cruising Halong Bay, and only certain places the Vietnam government allows the boats to anchor at night - so you are not "off on your own with nature", but that is same with any other boat. Room was very comfortable, guide was excellent, activities were enjoyable and well organized, relaxing on the top deck was fantastic. Food was ok but extremely plentiful - I would suggest they do fewer dishes for each meal and improve the quality a bit. I would not recommend V'Spirit if you are vegetarian - we had one vegetarian in our group and the non-meat dishes they produced for her were pretty bland and dull compared to what we have seen elsewhere in Southeast Asia.

Wonderful, a trip to treasure ”
After researching many cruises in Halong Bay, and there are 100's of them I am so glad I booked with V Spirit, Tam, our guide was comical, insightful and full of interesting facts, true and funny ones. The rooms are adequate and lets face it you don't spend much time in your room. The staff very attentive and language good, the food plentiful and although some people complained about prices of drinks to me it was stil cheap and what you expect in high tourist areas. From the cave tour, Thai Chi on deck, cooking class, kayaking to just sitting on deck watching the sun go down, this tour had been on my bucket list for some time and didn't dissapoint at all, in fact i can't wait to go back.

We were contacted two days prior to departure to advise us the cruise we had booked had to be amended due to some paperwork issues but they had upgraded us from a Classic Cruise to a Premier Cruise - They confirmed the collection time from the hotel and were their on time - Everything was very professionally handled and safety was paramount throughout - Excellent Cruise

Wonderful!”
Great time! We did the 2 night cruise, which we would highly recommend so you can really enjoy some time away from all the other tourists on Halong Bay. Only problem was on the buses to/from Hanoi, they filled every seat, so we ended up on the jump seats over the engine for a 4 hour trip (not comfortable!!). And drinks on board are quite expensive ($2.50 US for a can of Tiger beer). We would do one of these cruises again!

This is the only cruise i have tried for 2D1N tour to Halong Bay, so i cannot compare, but based on experience at the cruise, i would recommend this cruise as the service given is very good. Peter (my tour guide) is very friendly. Food was great too in the cruise.

Great cruise ship but weather disappointing”
It was very disappointing to miss out on the overnight cruise due to the typhoon. To be able to enjoy the day cruise was wonderful. The staff couldn't have done any more to make our stay very enjoyable. Peter, our guide, was magnificent in organizing accommodation & dinner in Halong (city) as we were unable to stay on the boat. We hope to return & will probably stay two nights to witness the magnificent Halong Bay.

One of the Nicest Boats around Halong”
It's my first time to visit Halong Bay and I'm glad I chose V Spirit. The Cruise was amazing and I had a wonderful time. But the Bay is looking filthy, to be honest. I hope everyone - the government, cruise operators, locals and tourists alike - would do their part to keep Halong bay clean.

great way to see Halong Bay”
Overall great experience! I pictured boarding a low class boat for the cruise but I was quite comfortable in my room and elsewhere on the boat. The food was better than expected as well, and our guide was very enthusiastic and ensured we understood what we were seeing. My only complaint was the drive TO Halong Bay from Hanoi. Not sure if it was our driver or the roads (which are pretty bad to begin with) but I hit my head quite a few times on the roof of our van. Avoid sitting in the back as you feel ALL the bumps on the road.

Our expectations were overcomed, didnt expect too much for such price, but we had everything we wanted from Halong trip: activities, views, tasty food, fun. They do kayiaking in a cave, and its much interesting than in a village. Special thanks to our guide - Mr. Duong (Nick). The only thing that was not in perfect condition-the boat itself, but for such low price it is the best offer among Halong trips.

Great crew but may be best for 2 days 1 night only”
All boats offer similar itineraries so a lot depends on what matters to you, as well as luck due to your fit with others on your boat. We enjoyed our cruise but if we'd known all the details, we might have done things differently (and stayed only 1 night) and enjoyed it more. Pros of V Spirit - The organisation is very good: the pick-up well organised and the drive comfortable & safe - The crew were great. Very friendly and helpful, doing all they could to make it enjoyable - The quantity of food. There's way too much with loads of variety and they cater to all diets. - The boat. It's a good size, not too big or too small and seemingly well maintained. Bathrooms were surprisingly good with plenty of hot water. - The other passengers. Clearly this is subjective and varies but we were very happy as it seemed to attract an interesting group of people, neither too young nor too old. The cons - We booked for 2 nights and 3 days in the belief that this would be more relaxing and mean that the second night would be spent somewhere quieter. This is not the case with this company: you stay in the same spot both nights, surrounded by other boats with some noise from them. This wasn't clear to us and we were rather disappointed. - There was little chance to relax on the boat as there's always an activity you are encouraged to do (it was November however so realistically there was little chance of relaxing on the sundeck) - If the boat was full, space on the sundeck would be limited - The organisation on day 2 if you stay 2 nights. Rather than stay on 'your' boat with all your stuff you are transferred onto a basic day boat for activities. The 'main' boat goes back to pick up the next load of passengers. This was surprising & a bit disappointing, altho understandable from the operators' point of view. - Maybe less variety of food and higher quality would be better? The Europeans seemed to love the food but those of us based in Asia found it a bit bland.

We had a lovely two day trip on this cruise. The activities were well planned and really wonderful; especially the kayaking. It was a bit rushed (due to time constraints) so i would recommend a three day cruise.

Good food,activities and tour guide”
Generally very satisfied with our 1night stay on the the cruise. Food was good and plenty, staffs were friendly and helpful. Tour guide Tuan was very informative. Cooking demonstration onboard was pretty interesting. Excursion to sung sot cave, kayaking and trekking to the peak were the highlights of this trip. Only bad thing was there's a cockroach in our room maybe because we were staying on the lower deck. Overall very nice cruise though.

Lifetime experience”
it was an experience i wouldn't forget. the scenic view of ha long bay from the deck was mesmerizing. although it was a raining , yet the team on cruise was dedicated enough to complete what was promised. food was good but with limited choice. cabin are ok but that doesn't come in your mind especial when you are engrossed with halong bay sight seing.

2D1N Halong Bay”
Our tour guide Peter was informative and fun loving. The cruise served really delicious food throughout the trip - 2 lunches, 1 dinner. A pity weather was rather cloudy so we did not get to experience any lovely sunset nor sunrise. Surprise cave was nice and cool but was very crowded. Titop island was also packed with people. Prepare snacks since there were no snacks available on board other than alcohols. Pretty much nothing to do after dinner (squid fishing and group puzzle). Kayak in the next morning was nice, but however should have been a little longer than just 45mins. The only turn off thing is having to see baby cockroaches, else everything is good.

bit disappointing”
we were bit disappointed by along bay, the water is very polluted, too many boats, fake beaches very ugly, the 2 nights cruise is not worth as we don't cruise much more and still stay in the area where there are many boats. We couldn't do kayak with our small child, we were afraid in case she falls in such a dirty water, we were proposed a rowed boat but we had to pay extra per people and per hours. The boat is ok, better take a room with a balcony, our room was not enough clean, the staff were nice as well as the food except the breakfast that was bit poor, overall bit disappointing for the price we paid
