Exceptional”
Right on the Riverfront, a little hard to find but once you find it, you're greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and quiet at night to get some rest. 10-15 minute walk to the famous Khao San Road. Mainly buses for transportation around here but tuk-tuk, car and motorcycle taxi's are not hard to find if you walk towards the main roads.

We had to leave our previously booked accommodations and found VVaree last minute in a pinch. We were very satisfied! The staff is kind, the rooms are nice and clean. And the views are lovely. Highly recommend!

take a few, sit and enjoy the river view”
One of the most important things for me is location. This property is close to everything Old City has to offer. National Museum, National Art Gallery, Khao San Road, Royal Palace, many temples and shrines, cafes, shops, street food galore, coffee shops and just a great walking area. The hotel had all the bells and whistles needed, clean, great friendly staff and just a great view on the deck of the river. Just watching the local river traffic. Really enjoyable visit.

I was pretty delighted with the room. Very spacious. Though wish there were slippers available in the room and more clothes hanger or hooks in the bathroom. Also, a different set/variety of breakfast each day. Nonetheless, it was a great place to stay.

I had one of the two largest rooms on the top floor. Absolutely awesome room. Fantastic view, huge bathroom and a cool little balcony walkway that goes out to almost the waters edge. The restaurants food looked great but I got home too late every day

A great stay!”
A quiet riverside property nicely tucked away amidst a fairly touristy area. This was a lucky last minute find, previously I had stayed across Phraya on Wang Lang pier and felt connectivity was a bit restricted, although from V Varee a meter cab ride to Sukumvit on average was about 100 baht (dependent on traffic), this hotel also rents space at a nearby parking lot in case you frequent Bangkok on work and prefer to self-drive. While at the hotel, I found myself spending most of my time sitting by the river-side than in my room. Rooms are clean, amenities are all very new and convenient. Food options were excellent, freshly prepared and tasty. Last but not least; I intended to put up here for just one night and move back to my condo in the city, the feeling of being on a holiday while on work was welcoming and I ended up staying here for 4 nights. Big shout-out to Aey at the reception for being an excellent staff member. note: would be nice to have help carrying bags to/from rooms.

Pros: Very clean, water included, comfy-large bed! Super great view during breakfast Cons: There’s no elevator and the staff does not help you up the stairs with your luggage which i found weird. The bathroom is outside the room through the porch area which is off putting Crappy WiFi downstairs

Great Place”
V Varee is located right by the river and it is nice and quiet. It is walking distance to Khao San Road. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. If I find myself back in Bangkok I would definitely stay at V Varee again.

Very friendly staff and in a great location”
I found this hotel at the last minute and was so happy here i extended by stay. The food and drinks are very reasonable and the staff lovely which made my stay. The restaurant is right on the riverfront and the views at night are spectacular. Highly recommended

Little hole in the wall”
Right on the water.... very neat. Food and service is great. Maybe a 15 minute walk or so to the hustle and bustle so close enough or so... but if you're doing it multiple times a day - I wouldn't recommend the distance. Rooms were small but perfect. Except you can hear everything from your neighbor through the bathroom. I think a couple were partying hard before returning back to their room, because I could hear them throwing up all night. Besides that, it was lovely. I ended up extending one night because I was comfortable. Cool shipping container feel... boxy and can be a little dark if you don't open the curtains. But I would probably stay here again for sure. Karaoke seems to happen often too - was able to witness that. Hilarious if you ask me. But watching all the boats go by was worth the price - affordable for sure!

With a view to die for over the river this is a perfect location.The airport buses every half hour stops close by.The boat ferry up and down the river is easy walking distance. Staff very obliging breakfast is included always the same but adequate..Rooms are on the small side but represent good value for a city.
