The enjoyment of the units, communal facilities and of the common property will be strictly for the use of the occupiers of the unit and the occupiers must conduct themselves in such a manner as not to: • Cause a nuisance, disturbance or inconvenience or annoyance to any other resident/occupier, particularly in the form of loud music, radio, television or irritable audible sound; and/or • Occupiers of the unit are not permitted to have guests at any time during their stay • Should any occupier become intoxicated/inebriated and be a nuisance during their stay at the Bridge, then the caretaker has the right to vacate you from the premises without a refund being made • Pets of any kind are not permitted • Due to the ecologically sensitive location of the Bridge, occupiers are not permitted to feed or harm any wildlife or destroy any plant life; any extra lighting is not permitted due to the presence of Hippos at the Bridge; • Children under 12 years of age must be supervised in the common areas • The pool area is open to all guests and is not to be used as an exclusive area, only proper swimming attire is permitted in the pool, failing which you will be asked to vacate the pool area • Occupiers are not permitted to use the fire hydrant or fire hoses, a penalty of R1500 will be charged should this be contravened • Occupiers may only braai on the veranda/patio, if use is made of a gas braai provided by the owner of the unit. It is preferred that use is made of the allocated braai areas provided by the Bridge • The cost for any broken or missing items is to be settled before departure • Overcrowding will not be tolerated, and the occupiers will be instructed to leave the premises without a refund being made • The guard logbook must be completed upon arrival • Occupiers must confirm if a cleaning service is available on public holidays should they require such services • The use of banned substances is not permitted
