Booked this hotel for the spacious room with dining table and living area as we needed a workspace. It didn't disappoint. The only down side was the kitchen's stovetop couldn't be used. Not sure if it was functional but there were no pans, pots nor kitchen utensils to cook. There wasn't a laundry washer either. These were present in other more expensive serviced suites we have tried.. Nonetheless, since we got the room at such a great deal, that didn't matter. Besides, there is a laundry shop across the street of the hotel and many places to dine in (both expensive ones and budget-friendly eats). Room was clean. Cleaning staff were also trustworthy. We left laptops and forgot my expensive watch in the room when we went out to eat and they were all intact at the exact place we left them when we got back. Pool was a decent size and had a shallow area where toddlers can swim safely. There was always a lifeguard too. Gym was small but had good equipment.

The location is perfect for me because it's convenient to dine, shop, and buy items at the pharmacy, all just downstairs. However, what I really didn't like was the noise in the neighborhood. There was constant bldg construction, and they were drilling as early as 6 a.m., waking me up every day for 12 days. I requested a room transfer at the front desk, but my request was ignored. I hope they improve their service in the future.

Pardon me if I’m mistaken, I noticed he’s the lone interpreter during our stay)was very helpful, too, bringing up our luggages ASAP!Our airport transfer driver (he drove a Grandia, was his name Felimon? Pardon me if I am mistaken)was punctual, drove safely and was courteous! The van was very clean and comfortable! He made sure to provide us with the luggage trolley, helped us load up, watched out for our safety before he pulled out of the lot where he dropped us off! The general staff were very welcoming and efficient, always with ready greetings and a smile. Good to notice that they are not chatty, too. A simple greetings always gets my approval! WiFi was on point, good job ! We encountered a problem with our toilet, but a quick call to Housekeeping resulted in a quicker response and for that, I would like to thank the Housekeeping staff who unclogged the toilet fast and quietly! In closing, I have to comment on the toilet and bath: the light switch is connected to the exhaust fan therefore giving you bright light and noise at the same time; the faucet’needs tightening and if you’re not careful it gets hot pretty fast! The height of the shower room is uncomfortable (there should be a handle bar). One has to be really careful stepping out of the shower stall! Make sure you put a towel on the floor before you step out because the floor gets drenched from the shower spray! With all things considered, we had a stress-free stay!
