Located near Tenjin station and shopping area, this hotel is highly praised for its convenient location and friendly staff service, with many guests mentioning the clean and cozy rooms. Guests can also enjoy unlimited coffee, tea, and ice available in the lobby as well as bathing powder and foam.

Room was medium sized by Japan standards. Clean and tidy. We were a little disappointed upon seeing the room compared to our other accomodation but we ended up enjoying our stay. Fantastic location 7 minutes walk to the subway station, 20 minutes to Ohori Park and Fukuoka Castle Ruins, 20 minutes to Canal City, 2 minutes walk to the underground shopping mall. No laundry facilities on site. Was warned of construction in the next building from 12am - 6am but we didn't hear anything from our room although soundproofing was not perfect. Would recommend for a few nights in Fukuoka.
Very close to everything in Tenjin. There are so many restaurants as well as shopping next door. Rooms are clean but small which is expected in Japan.
Advantages: It is really close to Tenjin Station. The bed is a queen bed, which is spacious. Disadvantages: The bathroom is made of plastic material, so it has a bit of a camper smell (same as Toyoko Inn in terms of room structure and bathroom). When you sit on the toilet, the water automatically flushes once with a thunderous sound, and when you finish, it makes another thunderous sound, which can wake up someone sleeping and is quite embarrassing. Even so, the location is good and the price is great.
Hotel location is 5~7mins away from the nearest subway. Room is clean and fresh towels are provided daily. You can also ask the front desk if you wish to have your room cleaned. Staffs are friendly and approachable. The only downside for me is that the hotel has no laundry area. They do not provide laundry service, as well. I had to walk 15mins with my dirty laundry at night; 1k+ yen if I choose to take the taxi.

Great accommodation, more spacious than other hotels in the area. It is not as worn or old as other reviews mentioned. On the down side, room tidying are upon request and luggage storage requires a fee. The blanket is also kinda weird, but our stay was overall comfortable.
