We stayed 1 night for the BTS concert. The location, view, staff and cleanliness are all satisfying level. Busan is amazing city surrounded by mountains and sea. People we met were all kind and helpful. I wish Busan would be successful to be selected a city for the world expo 2030!

I like its location. Bus stop right infront. We went by bus to discover busan. Sub way is very near too. Fish market and streetfoods and local market is just over the bridge. Massive lotte mart is just 100m away. So handy!!! I will stay at this hotel next time in Busan. Thank you.

Convenient Location ”
Super near BIFF Square for those who love shopping. Nearby a Lotte Mall and Nampo subway station just a few minutes walk. Buses are available nearby too. Check in/our were a breeze. The rooms are clean with enough space for luggage. The hotel shares the building with another hotel so take note the elevator/lift might take abit slow.

Helpful reception staff ”
We had accidentally got our previous triple room cancelled due to an unsuccessful payment deduction. Only to realise that the night before we head to Busan from Seoul. Had to quickly book other rooms that are available and ended up with 2 different room types for our 2 night stay. Considering the fact that we will need to check out and check in again after our first night stay, the reception staff offered us the better room type for two night straight and saves us all the trouble ! Thank you for the kind offer. View is great from the room, near to the subway station and Lotte Mall. Nice place to stay at!

This is a good choice for people who looking for some premium one and can enjoy the night view ~ however, if you want to have bathtub, please remember to request it, as a deluxe twin room doesn't means that a bath tub is must included. However, since we need to cross the bridge every time to go to Nampo, we will get wet easily when it is rainy day as we need to walk about 6 mins from Nampo metro to this hotel. Overall we like this hotel and would like to use it again in the future.

The hotel's bakery cafe served spoiled sandwich caused me and my husband's vomiting and diarrhea.”

Hotel is located across the bridge, nice views but require some walking distance to the main biff square which maybe be inconvenient duringrain days. Room is adequately warm during the winter time which is definitely a plus point. Staff service is also above average. Hotel is equipped with a washer and dryer that do not require additional cost which really helps us as we were on a long trip. It would be good if it doesn't need to run long hours to wash and dry one round of clothes.

Best option for group and couple travellers. Very near to busan station and busan cable car. Breakfast was not included that makes it not vale if money option however it is provided with an extra charges of 12000 won. Ambiance and staff is amazing. View is awesome, I’ll definitely recommend hotel adela busan.
