Great accommodation ”
Very convenient location backed by friendly, efficient staff, especially the cleaning lady and her son. Room clean, very well furnished with tables and chairs, beds super comfortable, kitchen well equipped and supplied with good quality crockery and glasses, the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. Bathroom pleasant with a good shower and plenty of hot water. All in all a very pleasant stay close to shopping malls and hospitals. Thank you we shall return.

Had an amazing stay”
Everyone in the reception's very friendly! They do housekeeping everyday in your room - thank you for this! The only downside I experienced was when some of my food got almost spoiled because my key card was removed from the room and the fridge stopped working, and only one washer was working so you have to really queue in when you want to do the laundry. Overall though, it was a great stay and was very happy with the service - thanks guys!

Great Choice! ”
This was perfect for me as I needed to be close by to the hospital, which is a ten minute drive away. Close to local eateries and the train station too. My room overlooked the car park away from the train track and train noise was hardly noticeable. The only real noise came from my hotel neighbours and it appears a lot of workers use the suites on a regular basis. I still slept very well. The bedding was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, the amenities very good and the staff friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Exceptional”
This place is ideally located within a 5 minute walk to Emu Plains Station. Trains run regularly to the city and return the trip taking a bit aver 50 minutes. Rooms were very comfortablew and well appointed and there was near no noise from passing trains with the double glazed windows. Food and restaurants are a short drive away, either in Emu Plains with many more dining options in Penrith. Nepean Rowers Club provided good and resonably priced meals and Panthers is barely a 5 minute drive. Have already booked for another trip and will cointinue to stay here when visiting Sydney region.

Great value - lovely room”
We are staying 8 nights for a very, very reasonable price. The rooms are clean, well set out and functional. The bed is comfy. The towels are fluffy. The staff are friendly but not intrusive. I would definitely recommend ValueSuites Penrith to anybody looking for good, comfortable accommodation. We tend to travel a couple of times per year and this is one of the nicest places we've stayed in and it is definitely the best value for money. Oh, and the free wifi is brilliant

Value Suites is an excellent place to stay. I’m a regular and have stayed several times the pat few years. I have had different room types and all are amazing. The staff are always helpful and so friendly. Rooms have always been spotless. Could not ask for more. Did I mention the amazing friendly staff.

Fantastic place, staff are great, close to Emu Plains Station. Unit was very clean and airy, loved the fridge, bed felt a bit soft but my goodness it was the best night sleep I’ve had in quite awhile. Honestly I can’t praise the place any higher Triple AAA rating from me

Fabulous apartments for great price”
I stayed at these apartments only for one night as it was close to where I needed to go the next day. The apartments are fairly new and very well maintained. Very clean and fresh. It is walking distance to food outlets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As it is an apartment, there is a kitchenette with fridge and microwave. There is an outdoor BBQ area. Fantales and minties free at the reception desk lol. Free parking which is secure of a night as the gate is locked. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. Only negative was there is no powerpoint near either the desk or table. It was across the room - so take an extension cord with you if you want to sit at the desk and use a laptop. They may have one available at reception but I didn't ask. All in all a great place to stay for a very reasonable price. Will definitely stay again when I'm in that area.

Location”
Location is fantastic, quiet and peaceful. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Not being public transport users, when the need arose, the train station was only a 3minute walk away. As we were out of state visitors, the staff were most helpful with a variety of information and needs we had. I highly recommend Value Suites Penrith,we will be staying here again in the near future.
