The hotel itself is HUGE. It has a parking huge parking lot for people who travels with their own car or motorbike. Rooms are big, quite good equipped. I just missed small refridgerator and some hanger for wet towels. In our room was small presso machine for capsules with coffee capsules and tea. Hotel has free shuttle bus to and from airport going every 40 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.

My regular hotel in the Netherlands”
Been staying at this hotel for the past 20 years. Room size is good. Did not take the breakfast. Come with free car park. Wifi is strong. The only minus point is no kettle provided in the room. Have to pay a deposit of EUR15.00 to borrow the kettle as if I would steal the kettle.

Room is spacious good for 4 of us ( i have twin kids 3 years old). Its just 10 mins away from airport , do take note of the shuttle bus timing to and fro airport! Restaurant food is good and staff are friendly and helpful.

The reservation didn't say "Van Der Valk Hotel" it said Hotel Schiphol Hotel Amsterdam Airport. We were lucky the taxi drive figured it out were it was on the way there. But the hotel is not at the airport it's about 4 mile past the airport, 85 Euros by taxi form the cruise port. We spent the night here before our flight out the next morning. The lobby is very nice, filled with candles, chandeliers, furniture, and friendly staff. We stayed in room 2009, as we were 2 people this was a very comfortable room and was far from the lobby but worth the walk when we saw the veranda and lovely garden outside our room. The room itself had plenty of space, and comfortable double bed, all with memory foam toppers, which made for a great night's sleep. Nice large bathroom, with a large vanity, no tub, only shower, and plenty of shampoo, soap, lotions, and towels. Check out was fast, which was great, and the hotel shuttle picks you up at the door and drops you right at the departure entrance of Schiphol. They did chard an extra 20 Euro because we need an early ride to the airport. The located for value and quality is all good.

very attractive option for lay-overs at Schiphol”
Depending on traffic, this hotel is 10 to 20 minutes from Schiphol Airport. The Hotel Van der Valk is a large property adjacent to a casino and various restaurants. The hotel has many guest rooms as well as function and conference spaces. The hotel also has a very nice swimming pool and fitness area. Many other guests took advantage of these facilities as well as we did. The outlying areas in the countryside are very nice for walking. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service (big bus) to the airport every 40 minutes or so. The fare that we paid was competitive, and our standard room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the large TV with international channels and complimentary coffee and tea. The closet had a safety-deposit box. While some of the furniture in the room seemed a bit old, the staff service was absolutely excellent. We recommend this hotel and will try to reserve it again for single-night lay-overs!

Solitude near the main runway”
The Schiphol A4 Hotel, despite its convenient location right under the flight path of Runway 06 and on the A4 highway, is actually a quiet recluse with excellent rooms and great service. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the shuttle bus to the airport is convenient. In general, this is a very reasonable hotel, without the exorbitant prices of hotels that are on the premises of the airport itself.

Value for money, Hotel Schiphol A4 is beautifully designed airport hotel, the service really excellent and we loved the dinner at the restaurant. There is free shuttle service to the airport and from the airport you can take the train to Amsterdam. Comfortable bed spacious room.

I booked 1 night with Agoda for a weekend in Amsterdam - Superior Twin Room. couldn't choose better! Room in a new wing. Fantastic room, super big room, spacious, modern design! Comfy bed and pillows, Location bit off Amsterdam but it was ok for us. train from centre takes 15-20min. We made shopping at the airport, and really airport stores got great deals and prices! snacks, alcohol, cheese). Free shuttle bus to the hotel was on time. Hotel is large, staff in reception very professional and quickly sorted out booking and room, 3min and we ware on our way to the room. We haven't used other facilities but swimming pool looks really good. We planing get back to Amsterdam & for sure we will get back to this hotel! Highly recommended

The A4 hotel, situated about 200 metres from the busy A4 Motorway, just south west of Amsterdam airport is a great place to spend your late evenings during a weekend away to watch the finest team in the world! the lavis decoration of the enormous lobby welsomes you, drawing you to the helpful staff at Reception. Once given your room key, you are pointed in th direction of the rather sumptious room, every on with a balcony, to start your few days of luxury. I stayed for two days at A4 and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of hotel and service. There is a shuttle bus from the airport which goes every 45 minutes which is very convenient. Hotel room I very specious with fantastic big bed and great pillows. It is very clean and with lots of light due to balcony windows. Balcony is very big . There is nice food court across the street which offer lots of different tasty food throughout a day. Hotel restaurant is also offering great breakfast and lunch. There is a nice Gym and swimming pool at the hotel though I did not get to use it this time. I will certainly recommend this hotel to any visitor to Amsterdam . You get Sheraton quality for fraction of price.
