Very good”
This is a totally new building and still around is a lot of construction activity. Actually Vanilla hotel isn’t hotel, how we are use to. It’s four floor new building, so if somebody like privacy and quiet, so this is definitely good option, but if somebody expecting standard hotel with other facilities choose other hotel. The breakfast is really only basic offer, but for my family have been ok. The room was good, clean and modern.

3 days in Ha long Bay”
The beach is only 200 meters from front of hotel but it’s not clean so have to take a taxi at 10-15 k Dong to get anywhere or take a bike which are free at hotel to run up to ATM or a bakery or smoothie place . Breakfast at hotel was marginal with white toast fried eggs and terrible coffee but they include juice and a small amount of fruit - if you want lunch or dinner again not the best but it will do in a pinch . We arranged a tour of HaLongBay through the hotel and paid them , they called a taxi for us, and were helpful with arranging transportation from hotel to Ninh Binh and they were friendly can’t say enough about the staff, they also did a load of laundry for us. All fir a price but much appreciated. This is a quiet location but out of the way a bit from everything

New hotel, noisy, do not expect standard breakfast service”
Two nights, diff to find because this hotel has few buildings in the huge complex. Nice staff, hotel is nice, but noisy, you will hear TV, people talking, walking. TV sound came probably from reception because it was heard till midnight and again from 5 am. Breakfast needs to be ordered one day before, poor selection. Fruits given from fridge from previous day, coffee from powder (diy), there was almost nothing to eat, just egg and toast. No water, you need to ask for, missing yoghurt, even in the menu. Hotel is clean, because is new, staff just started, need more training i guess regarding breakfast standards. Take care

Very nice and clean room, though quite far from the center area, therefore not any choice for dinner except for some noodle that the friendly hotel staff can cook well at your order.

I think this a new mini hotel. With your advertisement, I think it's very large, near beach but in fact it is a little part near Lotus Halong Resort, so far from beach. And there is limited beach for traveler, so there is nothing for my children can enjoy weekend holiday.

Aesthetically pleasing but not convenient ”
Pros - Very aesthetically pleasing, comfortable bed, plump pillows and great TV service. Cons - Breakfast was inconsistent, we would usually ask for the same every day and it’ll change each time. One day we had a buffet that was poor. Air con in room was noisy during the nights. No hot water the whole of our stay. Staff didn’t really speak English, main receptionist did however. We had booked our ongoing travel here and motorbikes; both of which were probably more expensive than the usual. The motorbikes we rented were of poor quality with absolute bare minimum of fuel (we broke down!!) and we drew the short straw on the bus to Hanoi as we were left with the two uncomfortable front seats. The biggest con about this place though was the location, it was out of the way of ANYWHERE worth visiting. Hence why we got motorbikes, as travel would have been so expensive. Would never stay again - too inconvenient. Find somewhere better!!

Hôtel à 5min en voiture des bars et restaurant. Literie très confortable. Possibilités d’avoir des vélos en prêt gratuitement. Jolie et grande terrasse Par contre petit déjeuner à l’assiette avec un choix de 5 plats (2 continentales et 3 vietnamiens) ce qui peut vite limiter.

Schönes, neuwertiges Familienhotel”
Sehr hübsches modernes kleines Hotel in einer Neubauanlage in einer etwas abgelegen, aber ruhigen Lage. Mit dem Taxi war man aber in 10 min in der Stadt. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde dort jederzeit wieder bleiben. Spitzenmäßiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Đây là một dãy nhà xây theo dạng shophouse. 3 căn liền nhau. 4 tầng. Tiện nghi và vệ sinh: tốt Nhân viên nhiệt tình, lịch sự. Khoảng cách 4-5km ra đến khu vui chơi và bãi tắm chính Không có bể bơi. Có một bãi tắm hoang sơ mà dân địa phương hay ra. Cách khoảng 600m. Gia đình có phương tiện đi lại thì ở đây OK.
