Very nice location, just 5 minutes walk to Van Long wetlands, easy to visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, Trang An, Tam Coc by motorcycle. Van Long is very beautiful, tranquil. At sunrise or sunset, you will see birds or langurs. The homestay is wonderful, very clean with 4-star comfortableness. The host is very warmly and helpful. They help us a lot with guidance, booking, even giving us a moon cake as a gift. It's my favorite in many times visiting Ninh Binh.

un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Chambre très propre, équipements récents, lit très confortable. Famille très accueillante, très sympa. Lit décoré pour notre lune de miel, on nous prête même un scooter pour l'occasion … se trouve à 15 min à pieds de la réserve naturelle de Van Lang et à 20 min en scooter de l'ancienne capitale Hoa Lu. Endroit paisible, calme et reposant. Moins cher qu'Emeralda resort et pourtant beaucoup plus chaleureux.

Nice place, nice people! Room is large and clean, full furniture. Peaceful space ; delicious breakfast; outside is cool and clean. There are bycycle and motor for visitor - free. Recomend booking here. Khi tới nơi mình thấy rất thích thú với không gian đẹp, mái ngói đỏ, tường gạch đỏ nhìn thật ấm áp. Không gian trong lành và sạch sẽ từ trong phòng và ở ngoài sân. Phòng rộng, sạch, đủ tiện nghi . Chủ nhà là người trẻ tuổi rất nhiệt tình, niềm nở. Đồ ăn sáng ngon, sạch, chu đáo. Đáng lẽ gia đình mình phải trả phòng từ 12h, nhưng vì đi chơi xa về muộn hơn, họ vẫn để phòng cho mình dùng đến chiều. Nơi nên đến các bạn ạ. À quên, chủ nhà có sẵn xe đạp và xe máy cho khách mượn miễn phí nữa. Bạn chủ nhà nên đề 1 tấm biển bằng tiếng Anh ở chỗ xe đạp, xe máy cho khách nước ngoài họ biết.

phòng mới, sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh. Chủ nhà thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn sáng được chuẩn bị rất ngon và chu đáo. Gần homestay có nhà hàng Ngọc Phượng ăn rất ngon. Không có gì để phàn nàn. The facility is new and clean. The area is quiet. the neighborhood has nice landscape. the host is very friendly and enthusiastic. we spent 2 days and 2 nights here and had a great time. i love the breakfast with local cuisine, it is so tasty. there is a restaurant nearby the homesngoctay that serves good foods. ( Ngoc phuong restaurant). i will definitely stay here again at the next time im in NinhBinh
