Awesome resort for Muslim traveller”
If you are a muslim. This is the resort of choice for muslim traveller. They have muslim staff that can speak english and Malay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide all Halal Food. They even had Place for Muslim to pray at at their restaurant. The resort is just by the beach. Just a few steps. You can dive in the sea and watch the corals and fishes. The resort even had a swimming pool. The pool is awesome with 4 slides.Two thumbs up for this resort! i would definitely come back again to this resort.

Is ok for a 3 star hotel ”
I had a so called”Villa room” or better a room in a separate building on the second floor. So don’t expect a villa 😉 the room was really good and clean. I slept really good there. I had to wear ear sticks and a shadow mask, but this was fine for me. It’s just around the corner from the Pattaya beach and 1 minutes from the working street. So perfectly located, but not loud a night. The breakfast was ok. I didn’t use the pool, but there is a big one. I would stay there again.

Expensive for what you get”
Pros: At the beach and close proximity to Walking Street. Nice, large pool. Kind staff. Con's: A bit expensive for what you get. Cheapest huts (1500/night) are worn down, mattresses are extremely hard(you can feel the springs when lying on it), old vent worked but very noisy and didn't turn position. DONT chose this because breakfast is included as the people in the restaurant hve no clue on how to keep a buffet. Breakfast is from 7-10. We went there 4 mornings, at 9:00, at 8:10, at 7:50, and at 7:00 and at no time we were able to get a warm fried egg, pancake or roti:-( They were prepared before 7:00 and left in open trays without lid or heating. Also the different hot dishes were cold as the heating to keep it warm was not turned on:-( Only hot item was sausages which rotated on heating rolls.

Bad service!!!”
Staff is very rude. Check in and check out process took an ages! The even spot checked you! Breakfast is nothing. They just served you with fried rice with sausage. Some soup and fried chicken. Hidden cost. They charge you per head for a family room (villa). Extra charge for a person for a bed eventhough you booked a villa. But they didn't even mentioned it in description.

Acceptable”
Paid for an extra bed for a 3rd person in the room and received a paper thin mattress on the floor next to the double bed where there was no room for. The room itself was tiny, it could barely fit 2 people let alone 3. Air conditioning didn’t work. The bathroom was awful. Shower barely worked. In the end we asked if it was possible to upgrade to a bigger room as it was impossible for 3 people to sleep in this one and we was told it was fully booked but one was available the next day. Following up to be told all of a sudden it was fully booked over Christmas. The staff didn’t really seem to care about the situation and obviously with the language barrier it was incredibly hard to fight our corner. In the end we had to lose all our money, which was a lot considering what we had. We have to pay for another hotel further down the beach for the rest of the holiday.

A nice hotel ruined by the incompetence of the staff. Horrible, rude people with no interest in dealing with customer issues. All they want is to take foreigners money.

Mediocre ”
Staff not really interested once you have paid. Room ok . Breakfast is one of the worst experiences we had on our holiday, most of the food was cold and when the hotel is busy not enough staff to clear tables or refill the food.

I stayed in a Fan Cottage. These 'cheapest' options are located at the back of the property nearly 100m from the beach. My room was 'tired' but sufficient. The fan-over-bed was noisy if not kept at the lowest speed. The TV had 10 Thai channels and no HDMI. If you wanted housekeeping, you had to ask for it in advance. On the positive side, I had a cute little deck. The Buffet Breakfast was the same every day. When the resort is busy, the Breakfast was a bun fight with some food running out before 8:15am. The pool was nice. In summary, my room was NOT worth the US$64 rack rate. BUT, it is worth US$25. Wait for a discount ... and you will be happy.

Just a Budget Option nothing fantastic”
Location is fantastic, free breakfast is just so so & make sure you go early coz those that later than 9am, I might afraid nothing much left ! Many local on weekends ... maybe suit the budget of the locals. I stayed in a fan room, the fan is very noisy when it is turning. Room light is not bright & TV is the old type with big body. I saw flat screen in others room, perhaps fan the cheapest room then you deserve “old” stuffs. Bed is Super Firm but it’s good to me coz I like it, folks prefer soft bed, think twice. I bought my own bottles water, no drinking water issue, I saw a guess complaint badly to the Recep, poor thing! The Budget room is at the end , so you need to walk a bit to get to Recep & beach ... I paid what I got so no complaints but folks with better Budget, you may want to explore else where.

Cabin/room was fine, and close to the beach. The staff did not speak any english and understood very little. No wifi at the room it was only working partly in the reception area. The breakfast food was a disaster unless you like chinese food, where there were plenty. No logistic worked around the breakfast. Only one place where you could choose coffee - and imagine when there is more than 100 people at the same time wanting coffee. There were no service at all on the hotel, it seemed that the staff were only interested in themselves- they did not notice when there were no more coffee, no fruit, no eggs, no plates, no juice etc. Sometimes the room was not cleaned even after we have asked them to do it. No it was certainly not the best choise.....
