Great location and service”
I enjoyed my stay here very much. The room was large, clean, and had a great view. Close by were local restaurants for dining at night, and it was only a 10-minute walk to the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful in checking me in and out, and pointing out the closest internet cafe, and the post office, which were both in walking distance of the hotel.

Stay was ok, We were there to support University starting. There is not a great deal to do in Mahasarakham and the hotel did it's job. First room offered had water coming through the bathroom roof but after two calls to reception and a 30 min wait we were re-roomed. Breakfast is very basic especially if you are not Thai and was always cold - no matter what time you got there. Room was clean but basic - especially for a deluxe room, so i would hate to see the standard.

Town Center Location with Good Service”
The hotel is located in downtown of Mahasarakam. This is aging hotel with average for overall. However, it answered for primary objective, sleeping. The bed was good. I can have a good slept in Vasu hotel. Plenty of car parking. Breakfast had for 2 options ABF and Fried Spicy Basil with Pork. Lastly, i forgot my stuff, the hotel kept for me when i drove back and got it at last.

friendly and helpful staff”
In general the hotel is an old hotel and it shows, everything is clean however and there is no "other guests", in the two rooms i occupied anyway (bugs ect) the staff is friendly and helpful and as always in thailand very smiling and generous. its a quiet hotel and i couldnt hear the other guests through the walls. everything works, water heater aircon and tv. all in all i was very satisfied.

Wonderful & a great place to get out from city life. Getting to interest site is a bit of problem. People I meet are nice., helpful & you feel welcome. Good to go in December ...weather is cold and fresh air I'm the morning. Shopping are fine for general stuff like clothing. Hope to explore more of the surrounding. It would be great if there is a local tour provider. Overall, I love the place. Recommend this place to those that want to get out of the city life has del.

average hotel,perfect situation,room is clean but needs to be refurbished, small outdated bathroom, could not keep the bath tap in shower mode,it kept returning to bath level.

Great location relative to nightlife”
even though the wifi was only supposed to be available in the public areas, it did work from my room on my laptop. free breakfast with the room was a nice touch, but it was always cold. i will stay there again!

Looked like a forgotten Chinese hotel”
a would maybe not class this hotel with two and a half star, the hotel have not got any maintenance for at least 10 years so most of the hotel looks a bit worn. the coffee shop and massage announced in the description does not exist, but that can be found not far from the hotel. the communication with the staff was a bit difficult if you can't speak thai.

Cheap hotel, poor standard, unhelpful staff”
One Room smelt of drains, the other smelt of staff foodstuffs. Torn bed valance. Bathroom in need of good clean. Breakfast starts at 7 am. At 7.15 am lights still off, no food ready, no bread before 8am. When bread came only half a loaf was presented. Little choice of food and the coffee was foul. Reception staff were pleasant. Other staff uncaring and unhelpful, breakfast staff seemed more interested in playing with hair than dealing with customers. This hotel is not recommended for guests. Would not stay again.

Not an easy hotel to stay at without a car.”
This place is set-up for herding conventions. The coffee shop is open but without the lights on and without a cook. There was a wedding my first day, the chanting from the monks started very early. Breakfast is served from 7 to 10:30am. I arrived at 7:30am and the room was full and they had run out of food. Someone ran out or bread and more rice was served. Someone didn't plan for this group to eat. The next day, I arrived at 7am and the lights where off until 7:30am. No food. A few fried eggs came out with fried tofu coverd in curry. No fruit until I was leaving...one pineapple but there was bread. Room was clean with lots of hot water.

Die gute Lage”
die gute lage war so ziemlich das einzige positive in diesem hotel der kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. die klimaanlage kühlte auch nicht. warmwasser gab es nur abends. morgens wurde uns eine kaltwasserdusche zugemutet. der fernseher war aus dem letzten jahrhundert. immerhin das wifi funktionierte gut. das hotel ist in die jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine generalüberholung.
