This is my second stay at vedensky hotel. Hotel located in a nice area with lots of places get a quick bite. Grocery store actress hotel with lots of options. Hotel needs some updating, rooms are not what they used to be. Staff is great. Location too long by foot to center. Most likely u would need a taxi, which is cheap unless ur a tourist. Uber works the best. I haven't tried breakfast , but from what I hear is a 3 star.

The hotel is a new modern looking one. It is decorated (do not think it deserve it) with 4 stars. The building and all the hotel are very nice, but service is far from 4 stars !!! You will NOT even have a tissue-box in the room, and upon requesting one, we were told that only the luxury rooms have one. Well, I do not think you have to pay an extra $50 for a luxury room to have a tissue-box. The ONLY person that is very helpful in this hotel is Yana. A great receptionist that should be promoted to a better and higher job in the hotel. ALL other persons, including hotel manager, should find a job in a youth-hostel... Breakfast is VERY disappointing. cold and not delicious bread. Very poor selection of food, compare with other 4 stars hotels we have stayed in Russia. But the restaurant in the evening have a GREAT menu, VERY delicious. We recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner.

Overall hotel is ok. However it took almost an hour to check-in and during check-in i was asked for absolutely crazy thing as credit card details as they were not sure if i did already paid fot hotel on agoda or no. Nothing extraordinary, hotel is ok, room was big enough. I think it is overpriced and wouldn't return there again.

位置优越，建筑外形漂亮，房间比较干净，服务比较好，餐厅的菜品比较精致和价格适宜，属于性价比较高的酒店，本人比较喜欢，最关键是周边离地铁比较近，坐2站直达涅瓦大街最繁华的区域，服务人员笑脸相迎，的确不错，还有免费WIFI

Останавливались вдвоем на Новогодние праздники 2018”
Останавливались с 31.12 по 02.01.18. Из запоминающихся приятных моментов - персонал на ресепшен, отзывчивый, попросили заменить матрас (мягкий при весе 47 кг спала как в гамаке) - заменили на более жесткий. Вид из окна - потрясающий ,особенно из трнеажерного зала, он на 9 этаже). Не очень приятный момент - являюсь вегетарианкой, хотела фрукты и овощи забрать в номер, чтобы позавтракать - встретила напор и сопротивление от обслуживающего персонала, три человека мне скзаали - нельзя! Мы уехали, как-то можно помягче было:) Спасибо за гостеприимство, отель соответствует заявленным 4*

Было интересно, станут ли убирать номер при остановке на 2 ночи. Да, убрали!) Правда в прихожей так и осталась валяться пробка от чьего то шампанского которая встретила меня по приезде. Кстати, возможно это из-за тусклого освещения в номере. Но вообщем претензий к уборке нет.

Остались довольны. В номере кофемашина с капсулами кофе, все данные пренадлежности, персонал работает на отлично! )) бокалы принесли, гладильную доску и утюг) расположение НЕ для пеших прогулок.
