Fabulous hotel.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
This hotel really exceeded all expectations. It's only 2 years old, beautifully designed, and is maintained to the highest standards by a very friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are exceptionally good. The beds and pillows are so comfortable to sleep in. Each room has a smart TV. The bathroom is spacious and immaculately clean. The shower 🚿 is amazing with high pressure and is consistently hot. The fitness center is small but has enough equipment to do a full workout. It has a lovely pool and, my favorite, a sauna to relax your tired muscles after your workout. I could go on saying good things I could say about this hotel all day. I really enjoyed my stay here and am sad to leave.

Great choice in Udon Thani”
We stayed almost every weekend on my 4 week trip to Issan. The hotel can get busy because it has a convention/meeting hall. One of the weekends I was put in a smaller room and less than what I paid for on Agoda (plus a "stained", if you know what I mean, sofa in the room), the staff didn't help much that weekend which left a disappointing feel after so many other great stays. But overall, it is a great option and outside the main Frang party area. Clean, pool, sauna, gym, breakfast was great, parking (unless there is an event) and mostly friendly staff. The dining staff was always friendly and attentive A+ Recommended and I will select this hotel in the future for my stay in UT

All is well. Except when I requested for indoor slippers. Took 3 phone calls in total to get it. Breakfast was pretty good. No complaints. We didn't swim because it was a bit cold. A bit far from action, but it's ok as we were driving. Y'all should enjoy this place ;)

Three Day Stay”
My husband and l enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and all staff were good. Two of the front staff were very helpful Nop and another young man who was in training l don’t remember his name. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar. The bartender John make great cocktails. We would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent choice in Udon Thani”
This hotel should be rated at 5 stars for this area. Outside the farang area so it’s calm and quiet. Just a short trip to Central Mall. Great staff, ice pool and gym. Sauna! Breakfast was really tasty and offered a great selection. We will stay again in two weeks. * I would like to see hand sanitizer stations by the elevators but that’s my only negative.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful,they always greeting and smiling to us. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Facilities such as swimming pool, sauna room and etc are fantastic. The breakfast was awesome and also a la carte menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel.
