Veneziacentopercento Rooms & Apartments
Not worth the cost”
The room cost us 238eu for 2 nights. We had a shared bathroom with another room, no TV, and not even a cup for water! It was very sparse for the cost. If it was 30 Eu a night or less it might be worth it! If your main goal is getting to the Venice Biennale at the Arsenal it was very convenient. Nice people to meet us as well.
VERY POOR SERVICE, RUDE STAFF & NOT DELUXE AS STATED”
We were charged Euro 50 for a late arrival and asked to text when leaving the airport. When we arrived, the lady was 30 minutes late meeting us and then spike very rudely to us as an attempt to cover-up her own lateness and defend her position. This really spoilt our arrival in Venice for our wedding anniversary. All she needed to do was apologise for being late but instead argued with me for 10 minutes repeating herself and insinuating I was lying!! Incredibly rude. Others on the waterbus were met on time by their agency and also only paid Euro 10 up till 21.00!! The property manager has decided to take the side of her agency staff when I complained and refused to apologise or refund the fee. Also on the Agodo website and confirmation it was stated as a Deluxe Apartment - it is definitely NOT deluxe!! It is a basic apartment and the curtain did not cover the window in the bedroom which meant we had to hang towels over the curtain rail for privacy. It was clean as a positive
€50 extra for arriving late”
Great location for biennale. Nice comfortable bed. Clean toilet although it was shared. There are some nice, touristy restaurants & cafes nearby. And a Coop grocery The extra charge was a bit of a dampner but they were upfront about it
Thanks for your feedack. As we are not a hote the late arrival service is subject to a fee as described in your voucher. Hope to have you soon again here.
Well placed apartment in a traditional location. It was clean and contained everything we could have needed. In a lovely quiet location, but still only about 5 minutes walk from Piazza S Marco, and with shops and good eating places very close. Definitely try the pizza place the staff recommend, fantastic pizza! Staff were lovely and very helpful Would definitely use them again.
Great location for the Binnale / great neighborhood away from the crowds ”
The owners of the business are so kind and gracious! We stayed in a private room with a shared washroom. The room had AC (!) and was clean and modern. Sharing the wahroom was not an issue as it is kept very clean by the staff. Follow the directions as sent in advance by email - the vaparetto stop is only about 5 mins away. The restaurant just after the small street which leads to the building is NOT to be missed!
Good location for the visitors to the Venice Art Biennale”
Follow the host 's instruction for the bnb location, instead of Google Map.
Great for Venice Biennale ”
Hotel is close to the exhibitions for the Venice Biennale
No facility at all. Just for the location.
Excellent locTion...quiet street.....close to everything ...local flavour in this area, you don't have to fight your way through the cruise ship crowds like you do on San Marco Plaza. Only complaint is, they need to give you a clearer map to find the property ...which is really only 4 mins from where the water taxi drops you off. But we couldn't read the street names on our map an what you think is a street is really just an alley way. But our room was nice and comfortable and loved being there.
bad service with checking in”
Despite a late arrival of my plane, the owners refused any help in making a check-in after 20.00h possible. I had to arrange everything from the Netherlands in a country / city I did not know. The apartment's only advantage, however clean, appeared to be its location.
Great place for economy travelers who hate hostels”
Quiet place, clean, friendly staff and close to attractions. You could walk to San Marco etc and close to water buses. Boring rooms but for this price it's hard to find better.
Good price, friendly staff, clean ”
Good price, clean. For me, the location is OK. Breakfast just so so that I am not recommend. The staff is nice and they sent the instruction on how to get there. Quiet street and we can have a kitchen.
La casa Mia is the place to be when need an accomo”
It was an awesome experience to stay at la casa. Clean, spacious and friendly owners
Arch Biennale worth visit.”
I dropped my booking pack which include hotel vouchers for hotels for coming trips. Their staff help to keep that and return to me when I went back to collect my luggage. Very friendly. Room is very clean. As it's a 2 storey building, there is no lift. So, better to keep your luggage light weight/ small.
Great value for money, friendly staff, very clean”
Exactly what we wanted, cheap, convenient and comfy. They gave detailed instructions on how to get there and although it does not look like a hotel it's still easy to find if you follow the instructions. The rooms are nothing fancy but are clean and comfy, what more do you want. The bathroom was spotless and we shared it with only one other couple. The WiFi works really well. Breakfast is not included and from what I saw I wouldn't personally recommend it, go into Venice for a coffee and pastry instead! Location is great, we walked all over this fantastic city, with a map they kindly provided. I would advise you keep the Windows shut as it lets mosquitoes in the room, they have air conditioning although we didn't need it. Enjoy your stay this place is great value for money and the staff are friendly
about 20mins walk to San Marco, helpful staffs, alot of restaurants, pharmacies and supermarket near the hotel
The staff was friendly and helpful.”
Room is clean
Simple and clean room”
Decent for a short stay, but a little noisy”
we were accommodated in the building next to the B&B. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the noise of other guests. No wifi reception in the building and breakfast was only soso.
Decent bed and breakfast”
We had a triple room in a separate apartment 2 doors down the listed address. There were only 2 rooms in this apartment, hence it felt like we rented the whole apartment. The room was pretty decent, the best part was the fully equipped kitchen that even had an oven. The location was quite near to st marks and near the water bus stops.
