The hotel is very nice and new.. Beautiful local architecture and using local materials. Room is very spacious and very clean. I would say their rain shower is deserved to call “Rain Shower”. I have heard that they are struggling because of Covid-19 for quite sometimes. So this place deserves more business for what they are offering. We would definitely come back!

Great stay. Amazing resort”
Venice Krabi is lovely. It's stunning with its unique wooden architecture. It's a great place to just rest and enjoy your holiday. The bed is super comfortable. It's quite a nice experience to take a bath on the balcony looking over the water. I am here as a solo traveler but can imagine this place being amazing for couples.

Absolutely Love this hotel!”
My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and the staff was thoughtful and prepared a message with flowers on bed for us. Room was especially nice and tidy, and the view of the lagoon was extremely beautiful. The poo was huge and it was super nice looking at the cottages during sunset. Buggy service is required going to the pool and to the room if you are further off, but staff are usually very quick to come. Breakfast's portion (as many have commented) was HUGe! plenty of variety and it was also yummy. Since the hotel is a bit secluded, a rental car or motorbike would be necessary for going in and out. My comment is that their sign at the main road should be a bit bigger, it is very easy to miss cause of the small entrance. 2nd comment was that they should add a bit more lighting to the road coming in. It was a bit scary especially at night. 3rd comment is I hope they can do something about the plumbing of the drain in the shower. it overflows all the way out to the outdoor tub area. However, I would like to comment on the front desk staff Bunny for going above and beyond. She was extremely helpful and well mannered! Overall I would love to come back again, it is really such a nice place to recharge

It is a bit far out so beware if you’re not driving as taxi drivers will be reluctant to take you/pick you up. It’s an amazing hotel in a beautiful location but the rooms have modern facilities. Staff are very nice and on site restaurant is worth a visit. Would highly recommend overall.

Unique Check-in Experience”
Two main highlights during my stay at the Venice Krabi : (1) I am transported to my villa using a boat (just like the gondola in Venice)! This is the signature of the resort. The other option is the buggy but I chose the boat as this is a different experience during check-in. (2) I tried the Gondola Picnic where you will have a private picnic on the boat and a ride to the mangrove forest. Besides the above, guests are able to do kayaking with a rental fee. The resort is able to arrange tour to other islands if you are keen to have outdoor activities. Due to Covid which is on the rise again, other facilities such as the Spa and Koong-Kaang restaurant are not open. The only all dining restaurant open is Na Mi Chay Cafe & Restaurant which is surrounded by padi fields. In the evening, they will also serve "street food" concept if you want different types of food. The swimming pool is about 65 metres and uses mineral water. The villa that I stayed in is the Jacuzzi Suite Water Villa located close to the swimming pool. This villa type has a Jacuzzi Bathtub inside the room. Throughout the 3 days, I have only stayed in the villa and had my meals at Na Mi Chay Cafe, trying different menus. I certainly enjoyed the peace and quiet living in a mangrove forest, enjoying the nature as it is.

The bills were such a mess. They charged the meals twice and accommodation twice and couldn’t figure out why it’s wrong. The concierge had to take 15min phone calls to figure out which delayed our trip to airport. The facilities are good, I do recommend it if you are looking for a resort with long tail boat, water canals, kayaking. Apart from the billing mess, the rest is alright. Staff were friendly. Restaurant has a very nice view. Food is delicious.

The villas are mostly made of wood erected on concrete pillars set in a creek. The facilities are well appointed and of high quality. The staff are very friendly and willing.

Beautiful view but poor service”
Pros: - Beautiful views of the mangroves - Very clean - Great facilities (pool, bathtub) Cons: - Not walkable to Ao Nang Beach - Difficult to find a driver as it was in a secluded location - Poor service. Reception staff did not even bother to help us in any way when we could not find a Grab. She just told us to wait until we found one. It was only after we waited for 20+ minutes and the driver cancelled, then she proceeded to call for a local driver. We had to wait 1 hour+ just to get to dinner. - The pipes burst during our stay, so we had no running water on 2 occasions.

Our honeymoon was perfect!”
We stayed in the Jacuzzi room & it was so romantic. They decorated the bed & jacuzzi with flower petals. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The area is quite secluded, so it is quite hard to get grab/tuktuk. It's best to get your own car/bike. As for tour packages, the hotel offers them at a reasonable rate, which you can pay during check out. The breakfast was also amazing, there weren't a lot of drink selection but the food selection was great. However, the gondola picnic was not available during our stay & we were disappointed about that.
