A+ location, cleanliness and staff!”
We would recommend staying at Venice Times Hotel based on the following: location, cleanliness and staff. The room was tidy and thoroughly cleaned, and the AC was very good. The bathroom was quite narrow (like a corridor) but had everything we needed and was very clean. A generous amount of free toiletries and coffee/tea was provided also. Be warned: the “comfort” room really is what it says - quite compact and cosy (small), with just enough space to open one large suitcase. As for location, it is a short walk away (less than 5 minutes) from Venezia Santa Lucia train station. This was very important for us as we were carrying large luggage; also, it is easily accessible to the vaporetto public transport. There are many cafés, restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. Staff was AMAZING - they were so welcoming, friendly, professional and so helpful!! We were so grateful for their service and highly commend them - grazie mille! :)

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was also incredibly clean. Lovely hotel - must have been recently refurbished! It was great to see that the hotel takes COVID-19 very seriously, e.g. temperature checks, mandatory face masks in common areas, hand sanitizer everywhere, segregating breakfast etc. Great location too! This hotel is a minute walk from the Grand Canal and is great if you’re arriving by train. I would absolutely, 100% stay here again next time I’m in Venice! 5 stars!

Great Hotel with Fantastic Interior”
We chose this hotel for the following reasons: 1. Within walking distance to the train station - it's tucked on a quiet lane from Venezia Sta Lucia train station. Hence, lugging around your luggage wouldn't be an issue 2. Great interior- the hotel pics shown are exactly what the interior is. Comfy bed and great black out curtains 3. A smartphone with GPS was provided though net usage comes with a cost. 4. Welcoming and attentive staff The only downside is there's no actual door that can be closed when you're in the bathroom. The only door provided is the one for the toilet. It can get chilly once you stepped out of the shower area which proved to be a good thing every nerve on my body was fully awake from the cold. Tip: Turn off the aircon before taking a shower. Overall, it was a splendid stay! We would definitely stay again at Venice Times Hotel if we will visit Venice.

Great Experience and will be back again!”
I recently stayed for 2 nights at the Venice Times Hotel as from 24th Jan. 2020 to 26th Jan 2020. It is very close to the train station, definitely within 10-minutes walk. The room I stayed was very cozy and stylish. Also, the breakfast is various, especially the coffee is very tasty! As I got lost in San Marco, I was in a hurry getting back to the hotel to pick my luggage and then catching the train to Milano. When I ran out of breath and rushed to the hotel, the gentleman at the front desk who was very kind to help me carry my luggage outside the hotel gate. I really appreciate his kind help. Thank you so much! I love Venezsia which is a city without cars, even though I always got lost. I have to say it is fun getting lost in Venezsia. I will be back and will again stay at Venice Times Hotel!

Exceptional boutique hotel with class”
Now this is a hidden gem off the beaten path! We loved the ambiance and coziness of this hotel. Let’s get started. It’s not facing the grand canal with exquisite views of water boats and vistas. It’s tucked away not far away from the main train station (easily walkable!) and so that’s a nice point there. No you can’t hear the trains! Once you enter the quaint entrance you’ll be impressed by what the owners have done here. We had taken a beautiful train trip in from Milan so this was wonderful. Our room haves the alleyway and actually beautiful. The staff are incredibly helpful and I could not find fault at all. In fact, I was impressed how professional they were at their jobs - from the Barman to the room cleaners! Apparently the owners don’t live in Venice but do drop in from time to time. The best part about the hotel was it’s personal touches - the small breakfast lounge, outdoor seating area and comfortable bar at night. I’d tell my fellow Agoda travelers not to overlook this gem. It’s memorable and yes I would actually stay there again!!

We loved staying at Venice times! Great location close to the train station and not far from main Venice attractions. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was phenomenal. They explained the area to us, gave us a map and tips for how to best see the area. Breakfast was also great! Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Venice!

Free upgrade of room. Very big , beautiful & clean room. Staffs are very friendly & helpful to directions. Free use of phone to call local & overseas. Very accessible to grand canola & train station abt 10 mins walking distance. Excellent hotel i would recommend this to all & if ever i'll come back to venice i will stay again in this hotel. Perfect location - I was hesitant to stay near a train station but the hotel is very quiet and the area is nice and clean. Perfect breakfast - eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. The room is modern and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable!

We loved our stay! The staff were very professional and pointed us in the right direction for amazing food and must see places. The room was clean and well maintained. The AC actually made the room cold, unlike many other hotels we stayed in around Europe. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

the staff is so nice, showing me the maps of everywhere a must to go, and warm reminder for "not" go ( because of expensive tourism places). thank you! location is perfect! 3minutes to terminal! nothing can explain! just a little weird that my room was on the mezzanine ( they call 1F but you have to walk a upstairs)..... other than that, perfect! nicely decorated hotel! also breakfast included.

The hotel is very near Saint Lucia train station, ferry and restaurants. It is located in a small alley so it is quiet. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staffs, Michael and Enrica. The room was very clean with comfortable bed.

Loved our stay at the Times Hotel. Location is exceptional. One thing to be mindful whilst choosing a hotel in Venice is the location, particularly in terms of accessibility from the station. You don’t need to climb any steps/bridges (with luggage) to access this hotel. The staff at the reception are very friendly & helpful with directions and useful tips. 5+ starts definitely! Thanks

We stayed here 3 nights and I would definitely stay here again. High end place but affordable. Located very close to the train and bus stations which is very convenient for getting in and out of Venice. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Be sure to get at least the "Classic" room as the next one down is too small. Breakfast was included with each night and was it was good.. The number one reason to stay here is that with each room you get 2 cell phones to use FREE! You can make international calls, text, and use the internet. This was very useful for getting around Venice using Google Maps. The staff was also very helpful and pleasant.

Exceptional”
This hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked it as it is a 5 minute walk to the train station and we were leaving Venice from there. The room was very clean, spacious compared to many European hotel rooms and very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and friendly and had very good English. Assisted us with directions and booking restaurants for dinner. We had two separate stays at this hotel over 9 days. The second arrival felt like coming home. Highly recommend this place.

Just off the grand canal great location for that part of venice .coach and train station less than 5 minutes.cruise terminal 15 walking or the vaporetti is at the bottom of the street takes you straight there.Roms are beautiful and the staff are amazing very helpful.
