Table desk was full of marker leftovers, pillow cases were stained with dirts. The worst of all was the restroom. Exhaust fan was not active so the room was very humid, restroom door was broken (cannot lock the door so the water splashed to the bedroom hence the room was very humid), and there were dirts all over the restroom (including the closet). Seems like the restroom was not being cared enough. The most disgusting thing was: there was a string of used bra inside the restroom!!! Very disgusting. We got a TV, but cleanliness of the room is far way better than having a TV.

I will come back ONLY if there is no other room available in other hotels in the whole Bandung city. I humbly nominate this hotel as the worst in Bandung. I think they don't clean the room when it is unused even for a long time. The linen was full of spots and disgusting, the walls cracked and dirty with molds. Bathroom was even worse. If you are short on budget and considering to stay here, then I'd suggest to look for other hotels. There are many hotels out there with better rooms and service than this one with the same price.

The way to get inside the Residence are too narrow”
I've stay at this residence for 1 night with my friends. we have to move to another room due to our initial room can not be lock. The room are fair for this price, but the shower are really slight and the water heater even not function. Also this residence is literally university students dorm, but the owner rent several room for daily basis rental, that's why this place are very noisy at the evening.
